I completed a request on Zillow, and somehow I was miraculously assigned to Michael for a property I was interested in. I accepted a new role with my company taking me to Tampa from Houston. So, we were completely unaware of anything Tampa related. He showed us the home we requested, which didnt quite fit what we were looking for. He lept into action without a miss to show us homes we were initially interested in. He was so knowledgeable about all areas of Tampa. I have never met someone that knew a city like he does. Fantastic experience: I met Mike Simpkins while going through a divorce in 2016 at one of his open houses in Apollo Beach. He quickly became my realtor and assisted me with selling my existing house, as I was selling on my own. For a very small fee, he posted my house and it was sold quickly and took no commission. He found me a house in AP Beach and reduced his fee to help me out post divorce. I have since remarried and sold my AP Beach house to Mike. He was very patient and understanding when I had to hire a lawyer to remove my ex from the deed, which took longer than anticipated. Negative experience: Incredibly poor professionalism and used a variety of negotiation tactics that show extremely poor taste and class. I have written his name down to ensure that in the event we find ourselves on the opposite side of the table, I run away ASAP.

Negative experience: Real estate agent Kelly Simper is unethical and untrustworthy. She purchased my home and I permitted her to refill the pool while I was still paying the bill. She now refuses to reimburse me. I extended the sales contract by 30 days when she had difficulty getting a mortgage, without penalty. She is not to be trusted.

We were looking to sell our home in FL and got a reference from our realtor in NC so we never actually met Michael but he took care of us like we'd known him for years. It was very nerve racking for us bc we were doing all of this over the phone but from listing to SOLD he and Tiffany were there every step of the way and answered all of our questions. Mr. Simpkins spent months working with us via e-mail, answering our myriad of questions and offering us invaluable advice about what to look for in our potential new home. Once we narrowed down our search, we made arrangements to fly down for one weekend, as that was all that our work schedules would allow. It seemed an impossible thing to pull off in one weekend, but he was totally prepared for us. We looked at 23 homes, IN ONE DAY!! Yes, 23!!
