Negative experience: They take a very long time to respond and then they don’t respond at all. You are left hanging in the dark, whether you are approved or not. Extremely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Kay Pye is amazing. Kay understand the real estate market and her clients. She is extremely professional, keeps in contact with her clients, very thorough, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Kay - whether you are selling/listing a property or buying. Kay is highly recommended.

Negative experience: Worst place to do business with. The owner is incredibly rude, arrogant, & self-serving. When we were speaking to an agent at their building, the owner came over and made us feel stupid for asking basic questions. He kept saying, “Well, I run the best real estate firm in the area” and spent 15 minutes talking himself up when we just wanted to work with the agent in front of us. We kept trying to get the conversation back on topic of what we want to sell for, timelines, and our next purchase but at this point we were already getting uncomfortable. Even the agent looked uncomfortable and we felt bad for her. We ended up saying we had an appointment to get to just to get out of there. The agent was super sweet & if she went to a firm with more professionalism and client-focus we would have used her. We highly recommend Jennifer Fieo with RE/MAX realty!

Fantastic experience: Moving from GA to FL was very stressful. I had reach out to several property management company but their process was so impersonal. I even went forward and submitted an application with one company. It took them four days to respond to me. Then I saw a house on Zillow managed by Ryan Carlson at EZ Choice Realty. After requesting more information, Ryan reached out to me. We talked, I expressed what I was trying to accomplished and the time frame in whichI wanted to complete my move. Ryan worked through the process with me, he was thoughtful and very professional. The process was timely and seamless. If you are looking for a quality relator, I recommend Ryan Carlson @ EZ Choice Realty, he will work with you to make your housing dream a reality.

Negative experience: Proceed with caution when working with Lori Wentworth. I don’t think I have ever written a bad review before this and struggled actually going through with it, but I feel like others should know to proceed with caution before booking with this host on AirBnB. My husband and I planned a trip away for our anniversary and we often go back to Dunedin where we used to live. After hurricane Helene hit, we received a message about 2 weeks before our trip that our first AirBnB was under water and had to be cancelled. We decided to look for another place and keep our plans since flights and car were already booked. We messaged this host and she affirmed that her place had no water, so we went ahead and booked. In the meantime, hurricane Milton was headed straight for the Dunedin area on October 9th into the 10th. We reached out to the host on October 11th to give it 24 hours to see how much damage they received. She responded saying she was in St.Augustine and would message us the next day when she returned to Dunedin. After not hearing back for over 2 days, we assumed things must be so bad that she couldn’t get back to us. All the news we were watching showed 90% of Dunedin residents without power, roads/causeways shut down, residents were told not to be using water, gas was being rationed, and over 500 trapped residents were rescued on Drew Street only 3 miles away. Our trip was less than 5 days away at this point and still heard nothing from the host, so we cancelled our flights, cancelled our Turo car (which the guy we were renting from said that there was no way we should be traveling to the area, unless we were part of an emergency response team), and made new plans for people keeping our 3 young children. We reached out to AirBnB and explained that there was a national disaster and our host must not be able to respond. Finally after AirBnB contacted her, 4 days before our trip (and after we cancelled everything else), she responds to us saying everything is perfect and Dunedin is up and running as normal. We explained we already cancelled everything else because we hadn’t heard from her in 3 days and based on the news and talking to friends that live down there, there is no way vacationers should be going. She refused to give us a refund, which we were hoping to use to book something different locally for our anniversary to still get away. After going back and forth, AirBnB reached out to her and she agreed to do half of our money back. So we lost out on hundreds of dollars. We would totally understand not getting a full refund if we just last minute changed our minds and didn’t want to come, but this was a trip we had been counting down the weeks and days to. Given the circumstances and our reason for canceling, we were flabbergasted at how this host took advantage of us and the situation. For anyone looking to book on AirBnB with Lori or work with her as a realtor, we wanted to share our experience so that the same thing doesn’t happen to someone else. Definitely proceed with caution before choosing to work with her.

Fantastic experience: Tim has been my Property Manager for exactly 10 years and I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about him. He is trustworthy, fair and always responsive and helpful. He has several years of experience, and he knows exactly what he’s doing. he was the realtor I chose to sell my house that he had managed for so many years. I couldn’t have chosen anybody else. He got me over asking price and closing was very quick. I even told him that if I decide to buy another rental property, that I would buy it in Florida so he could manage it for me, even though I’m in Colorado. I would 100% with my eyes closed do business with him again, and would choose EZChoice over any other property management/Real estate company, as I have for 10 years.

Fantastic experience: I recently reached out to Tim Kugler with EZ Choice Realty to sell my parents' house in Tampa, FL and he did an EXCELLENT job!!! Tim didn't waste any time reaching out to my parents to get to know them and set up their first appointment. He had the house listed in a week with a great description that perfectly captured what the home offered. He had showings lined up the very next day! I can't say enough positive things about this company and how Tim operates. I am very thankful he took care of my parents like he did, always keeping them informed. Tim had an offer on their home in less than a week from it being listed! This company is honest, professional, responsive, and very good at what they do! Negative experience: Worst experience ever. We hired Ryan Carlson to be our propriety manager and he has been the most unreliable, inconsistent lying person i have done business with. A month after the tenants moved in there was a leak in the roof and naturally we paid for the repair to be done as quickly as possible. Less than a yr later we got word that the leak was back and come to find out the leak was never fully repaired in addition during the repair the tenants would be available for the contractors do the work but they would never show. Anytime we asked him for a status update he would always have an excuse on why the repair could not be completed. Not only does he not have no respect for people's money but either their time. Every time we need him to be at the property it was a problem and again with excuses on why he was late and even unable to make it. I am disgusted by his professionalism and would not recommend this company to do anything for me as it is NOT a easy choice realty company Response to owner: I do not address a monthly paycheck to Ryan Carlson. It is addressed to EZ Choice Realty and so i am a customer of EZ Choice. It is EZ choice's responsibility to have proper representation for its company and this review is where it should be. After the deterioration of the relationship between Ryan and myself i tried contacting EZ Choice directly to see if i could be reasiggned to another contractor and i was told that ryan would contact us and if he didn't EZ would be reaching out to me...Radio silence for weeks...no resolution by neither ryan or EZ. I have washed my hands of this company. I want to make others aware and share my experience

Negative experience: Save yourself the $99. The absolute worst company to work with. I already had a Zillow listing, I even made mention of that in my comments on their online form. When you fill out the EZ form, they hijack your Zillow listing to the point that you cannot even access it any longer. That is NOT stated in the contract. When I contacted them to complain and told them I didn't want their service anymore, they changed my Zillow listing to 'off the market'. All of the 40+ people that had my listing 'saved' were informed my home was not listed anymore. How do you bounce back from that? They blamed it on Zillow! Ridiculous that a company will not even take responsibility for their own actions. When I complained about that situation, all they keep repeating is I that I signed a contract. I did not sign a contract for that kind of service. They are very rude in their responses, to the point of harassment. My house sold and now they want to know the closing date and title company. When I told them I wouldn't give it to them that information since I canceled their services last week, again they said I signed a contract. I have sold 10 homes myself and have used Zillow exclusively in the past. Believe me, you do not need to spend $99 on MLS and you certainly do not need to spend your money on this company.

Negative experience: I used EZ Choice for their "MLS" service. I am selling my home, by owner, and wanted to use a service to get the listing on the MLS without using an actual listing agent. There are many of these services nowadays and I was referred to EZ Choice - that was a bad referral. After paying the $99, this is what happened - EZ Choice not only listed my home on the MLS, but they change the description I provided by removing my contact information. I wanted to use the same information I had on Zillow which included my direct contact info for inquiries. EZ Choice, without asking, removed that information. Speaking of Zillow, I also found out that EZ Choice notifies Zillow that they are the listing agent, which takes away your ability to control your Zillow listing. This was a complete surprise and infuriating. After re-reading the contract terms multiple times I am 100% certain there is ZERO mention that EZ Choice takes over your Zillow listing. After trying to work with the customer support rep at EZ Choice multiple times, they could care less and kept responding "this was detailed in your contract". I asked her to tell me exactly in the contract where it says they will take over my Zillow listing, add themselves as the listing agent, and change my listing details and she could not provide an answer. Completely dishonest POS company.

Fantastic experience: Love the Brokers at this office. They are heart warming, knowledgeable, friendly, and are quick to answer any questions or concerns. They provide great help and training. I am happy to be an agent for this Company.

Fantastic experience: Great Company and excellent Broker. You keep all your commission (100% of it) , you only pay a small monthly fee. We used to be with another company (Big Brand) thinking paying 30 or 40% of commission will bring buyers and make transactions easier, but it is not. Tim is an excellent Broker. All transactions are done online and you get pay right away :)

Negative experience: If I could give them zero stars I would. They are not willing to give me my $99 back after I fired them because they spent 5 minutes on the computer. In mid conversation Angela there rep hung up on me and I wasn't raising my voice or swearing. Their broker Shawna insulted me via email. And now on Friday night I'm having to file a dispute with my credit card company because they believe they're entitled to my money after they were fired. There are so many MLS listing companies, so my advice is to stay far away from these unprofessional people.
