Padre Elite Team - RE/MAX® Elite

Fantastic experience: Alycen handled the sale of my late fathers home in Port Isabel. Over the course of 18 months we had several challenges including water damage and a full kitchen remodel, of which she helped me manage from 1600 miles away in MN. She stuck with me through thick and thin and went absolutely Over and Above in her help to see the sale to a successful conclusion. I can not more Highly Recommend her as a relator!!

Fantastic experience: The best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a property. Alycen was wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Mrs. Lacombe for your patience, support and guidance you have assisted us with our purchase on SPI. We appreciate the stress free closing. Best SPI Realtor

Fantastic experience: Stacey Ricco was wonderful to work with on purchasing our home. We relied on her knowledge and professionalism every step of the way as we are located across the country from where we were buying our home. She was always an advocate for us and negotiated on our behalf. She was patient and explained things very thoroughly as the process in Texas is different than what we are used to. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and we would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home in her area. Thank you, Stacey!

Fantastic experience: Jules Wilk from the Padre Elite Team was a pleasure to work with. She handled all aspects of selling our condo on South Padre Island. We reside out of state and Jules made the sale easy for us. If you are looking for a super friendly and knowledgeable real estate agent, I highly recommend Jules from the Padre Elite Team. -Byron Finney

The office felt like a family atmosphere. If you are looking for someone who is passionate about her job and loves people and works on getting your desires in property...she is a number one choice! And best of all!! We had fun!! We love that!!

Fantastic experience: Good communication between our agent Jules and us (the sellers) on all matters relating to property listing, buyer offers, and closing. I worked with Alycen in purchasing this condo four and a half years ago. That positive experience led me to look her up when the time came to sell. Since I live in another state, I wanted a company I could trust to take charge on the ground. Jules guided us through some tricky stuff but it all came out well. Thanks again, ReMax/Padre Elite Team!

Fantastic experience: Had an awesome experience. My realtor was very professional and super helpful. …great experience

Fantastic experience: Gayle Hood of the Padre Elite team is the hardest working and most informed agent we ever had the pleasure to meet. We have used other agents on other properties, but Padre Elite team is sincerely result driven. We received an offer on our home while repairs were still in process to ready the property for listing. I finished repairs and the next day we closed. The house was not yet listed. Thanks Gayle for your work ethics and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I owned six rental properties on South Padre Island, TX! I decided to liquidate all of them and was referred to Jules Wilks, with RE/MAX Elite! Jules is the best! She is professional, dedicated to her clients needs (me) and just a beautiful person to work with! I wish all Realtor's had her work ethic! She sold two of my properties in 2020 and now the other four ALL closing this May, 2021! She had a lot to keep up with, with four properties closing in the same month, but she made it effortless for me! I would hire Jules again, if I ever find myself buying or selling in S. Padre! Thank you, Jules for a job well done!

Fantastic experience: We worked with a very knowledgeable realtor, Laurie Howell, that helped us find the condo we were looking for during tough covid times and a Texas weather freeze. We have worked with Ms Wilk on a number of real estate transactions, wherein she provided a great depth of knowledge in every aspect of the market. Her guidance allowed us to make the best decisions regarding the sale of our properties. Don’t miss the opportunity to work with this agent!!

Fantastic experience: I have bought and sold about 6 houses in my life, and Jules Wilk was the best seller's agent I ever had. She helped in every aspect of the sale, from organizing pictures, to advertising to soliciting prospective buyers. She advised me on the price, helped with all paperwork when we had a buyer, and solved problems when they cropped up with the buyer's financing. She helped the closing go smoothly. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were both impressed and very pleased with the professionalism and drive of Gayle Hood who recently listed and sold a condominium of ours on South Padre Island. We had been owners for nearly 30 years and we're finding that the 1700 hundred mile trip from our home in Indiana was not as easy as when we were younger. Gayle very ably assisted us from start to finish, explaining every step of the process and answering our many questions. Everything went flawlessly and the transaction was completed to our great satisfaction. And the wonderful thing was that we never had to leave our home in Indiana! If you are interested in selling or buying real estate, you could not be in better hands than by engaging Gayle Hood and her Padre Elite team. We are so glad to have had her vast experience, skill, dedication and integrity put to work for us! Don and Gail Nattkemper Terre Haute, Indiana February 15, 2021

Fantastic experience: The Greatest and smoothest and most professional Real Estate transaction. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Laurie Howell was my agent in the purchase of my newest condo on South Padre Island. Her level of professionalism should set a precedent. We did the initial showing, with a second walk thru in person, but then everything else was by phone and email over a long distance. I would definitely recommend Padre Elite Team, and would give them more than 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Best Real Estate team on the island and beyond! Professional and always communicates. Goes out of the way to provide excellent service. Fantastic experience: From Sharon Tyler: Gayle Hood did an outstanding job for us starting the day we signed on with the Padre Elite Team! She kept us informed every step of the way. She made suggestions when asked, all to our benefit I might add. She and her team worked hand in hand to sell our condo. We would get feed back from her from prospective buyers and the condo was sold QUICK! From Tim Tyler: Thanks to Gayle and her Team for everything. All was handled in a very professional manner. We consider her to be extremely able. She keeps the ball moving and delivers promptly. I would use her again and would recommend her highly! Thanks, Gayle.

Both transactions were swift and efficient which is important when you live elsewhere. If you are looking for a professional & dedicated Realtor, I encourage you to contact the Padre Elite Team.

Fantastic experience: The folks at Padre Elite Team were great to work with. They have been in the South Padre Island area for a long time and they know values and conditions. They steered me away from a property that would have access issues in the future. I appreciate that they had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt these are the absolute BEST realtors around. I tell everyone not to lol anywhere but here. The Remax team in PI is loaded with the best of the best!

Negative experience: Poor service. We do the preview leg work looking at 2 properties. Unwilling to show further properties, we’ve had to research to find.

Positive experience: RE/MAX is the very best company with the most experienced agents.
