Fantastic experience: Paul Gifford helped us in our research for investmemt property. He took time to answer our questions and is knowledgeable about the island. The competition never answered my emails.

Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with this company. Our association hired this company to manage our subdivision. Over the two years the condition of our subdivision got worse and worse. The contractors they hired for us were supper expensive and services provided were extremely poor. It is hard to understand how such kind of company can sustain. Over the two years the association fee kept increasing, added with special assessments. At the annual meeting we decided to terminate the contract with them. The result was "OK, we are not going to do anything for you next month, but we are going to charge for another month". The association got almost no balance left the the bank account, but we are so happy that we got rid of them and will get us back on track from now on.

Fantastic experience: As a former SPI vacation renter I found Furcron to be the best. Now that I am an owner (2.5 years/1,600 mikes away) I am happy to have them manage my condo. I have total peace of mind knowing they are looking out for both me and the renters. It seems as if a lot of negative reviews have to do with the HOA which Furcron cannot control- like fines and pool cleanliness. I highly recommend Furcron.

Fantastic experience: We are winter Texans who have been staying at Ocean Vista Towers for 4 years. The onsite manager, Jeanette is always friendly and helpful and responds quickly to residents' needs. The maintenance guys, Emelio and Gama are simply the best. Superb job keeping the grounds and building beautiful, and always friendly and happy to help out residents.

Fantastic experience: They had all Island phone lines go down. It was a challenge to communicate, but they made things happen. Normally, I would leave a negative review, but they made it happen, and they were obvioualy dancing in the background to make sure we got into our condo. Folks are very friendly in the office, too. Thanks for making lemonade after the less were getting really sour! Lol

Fantastic experience: This company has been good to me for at least 25 years this year we used another site because they were failed and we ended up at a condo that didn't have an air-conditioned it needed work. So I call Carmen she's been helping me for several years I asked her if she had any openings maybe somebody had canceled so she did find something for me she saved our trip if not we would have to come back to San Antonio again I appreciate them so much I will continue using them and recommending

Negative experience: Furcron manages to many properties. They don’t respond in a timely fashion at all. We can’t get anything done or answers to our issues. Financials aren’t available for months. Unexceptional!!

Negative experience: Furcron manages my condominium at Dolphin Condominiums in south Padre island tx .I rent it out through airbnb.Someone I rented it out to violated some small little rule or something probably without not knowing .So Furcron gave me a ridiculous fine of $500 dlls. They have some scam going on and fines are totally exagerrated. They are thirsty they should atleast give out a warning or something .Not even a speeding ticket is this much . RIDICULOUS!

Negative experience: The thing is I wasn't expecting how they managed the bookings see we got a room at some condos which where beautiful and clean but I had to pay 10$(per person) on top of the 500 something on the room for a wrist band to use the pool I also had to drive 2 miles away from the booking to pick up the keys and take the keys all the way back again I've never booked like this before so I went to return the keys and there are no drop off indication I called and was upset because I had to leave the island quick for other reasons (keys where 100$ replacement so I couldnt just leave them) anyway I call and I was upset because I couldn't just leave the key with the condo people I had to drive in and they opened at 10am it was 9 no indication again of where to leave the key if the office was closed so I called and a girl answered and I was like ma'am I am trying to leave the beach but no one is here she was like leave it in the drop box I said there is no sign that says that she was starting to say there doesn't have to be which I find odd since there should be for emergencies but other than that I can't say I would do it again I'd rather book directly next time the website didn't mention a third party so be aware photo is of key in the drop box Incase "they didn't find them"

Positive experience: The condo was lovely but the pool was dirty. At check in Margie was on the phone gossiping with a friend, didn’t articulate herself clearly & then was annoyed with us when we asked questions. Mind you this is even after she knew it was our first time renting with her company. She said there wasn’t WiFi available & there was. When I called to inquire about the pool being cleaned from all the dead bugs she was short, passive aggressive, & completely incapable of providing decent customer service. Not to mention the strong paint fumes from the renovation next door.

Negative experience: Property manager is completely and utterly consumed by favoritism fining people who did the most minute things, while people who are actually breaking the rules and multiple ones he could care less about. He will make your life here hell if your not in his pocket $$ but could care less about the rest of the people who are. Its actually quite sad because the HOA's are REDICOULAS then he wants to start fining for dumb things and just turn a blind eye to SOME people $$ if you know what I mean Its really the only reason that he would pick and choose who to give breaks to and who to fine for the absolute most ridiculous things.

Negative experience: NEVER STAY HERE THE NEIGHBORS ARE CRAZY AND FINE YOU FOR THE MOST MINUTE THINGS IF YOU DONT MIND GETTING A FINE OF ANYWHERE FROM 500-2000 dollars then I guess stay here also the place is ugly and the staff could litterly care less about any of your issues they take for ever on everything and it’s honestly just not worth your time

Negative experience: Someone in the truck of this company was driving around like a complete jerk (speeding, passing people going reasonable speeds on wet streets) on a public street while kids were playing. I understand that tourists are frustrating, but if you’re going to be an aggressive driver don’t do it with the name of your business on the side of your vehicle.

Fantastic experience: I can't believe that there are not more reviews of Furcron. My wife and I have used Furcron for South Padre Island condo rentals for 4+ years. I can't say enough good things about them. Seriously...if you're considering vacationing on SPI, don't even bother with a hotel...ESPECIALLY during "peak" times (Summer, Spring Break, etc.) Rent a condo from these folks. At the end of the day, you'll wind up paying just about the same as you would for a halfway decent hotel, and you'll have the niceties that accompany a condo (full kitchen, more space, varied locations, etc.). Furcron is top-notch. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, prompt, honest, and friendly. Check-in is as simple as a few signatures, and check-out is as simple as dropping your keys in a box. We've rented 6 different condos from Furcron, and all have been excellent in every way. Even though the locations of the condos they manage are scattered throughout the Island, you know what you're gonna get. Their condos are consistently great.
