Negative experience: Agent knowingly withheld information from us that we inquired about twice. We are terribly disappointed in Watson and said agent. We contacted the broker who had lots of excuses and no solutions. Sorry way to do business.

Negative experience: So Rose Gabriel at Watson Realty had a sign a contract today on a property that I was buying and since their agency was going to make more money by a higher offer, even after us signing a contract on an accepted deal by the buyer they sold it out from under us. DO not trust Watson Realty

Negative experience: I called the E Palatka branch on 4/27. I told the lady what I was looking for, gave her some MLS numbers of places I was interested in. She said ok, sounds good I will email you. 4/29 I have yet to receive any email, so 4/29 I called the office again. Talked to a young man who told me he would call (Tori?) to see what was going on. Don't you think he would have asked for my email again, or my phone number? I get they are busy, but just getting my email, no phone number or mailing address shows me they aren't too interest in my business, so will take it elsewhere.

Negative experience: Went there to inquire about an open house for our home that is currently with another Realty agency. The broker was very snippety with me, said I would need to be released from the other contract in order for them to take the house. I understand the code of ethics however the tone of voice used was Unbecoming. If we do get released from our current contract, you can be sure that we will not use Watson Realty

Fantastic experience: I am in the hunt for a land parcel around the Palatka area and recently found myself in the wrong areas to look. My first visit to view land parcels on the market and I discovered that the four I picked to view were either unaccessible or under water. So, I reached out to the Watson Realty Corp in East Palatka and within minutes, Mr Chris Fields returned my call. It only took Mr Fields about 30 minutes to find examples of what I had in mind. I am back on track and on dry land parcels. Thanks to Mr Fields, I am quite confident I will find my home away from home land parcels. Not only was Mr Fields very proficient and professional, he had information up front he shared with me about the entire process of purchasing land parcels. I found that Mr Fields was a huge source of helpful information and I now am looking at parcels down to the details of my selections. Thank you Watson Realty Corp and a special thanks to Mr Fields.
