Negative experience: I’ve been renting a house managed by Honest Realty Group in Perris for the past year, and the experience has been terrible. They constantly do random inspections with only 24-hour notice and show little respect for privacy. They repeatedly complained about family members staying with me—my own parents and siblings—acting like normal family visits were a problem. They also criticized the yard even though it was kept to the same standard as every other house in the neighborhood, then only gave 3 days to fix anything in over 100-degree heat while I work full-time. Their communication is never calm or professional—they’re rude and extremely rigid about every date. Even when I gave them advance notice that rent would be one day late because of a paycheck rotation, they still issued a 3-day notice to pay or quit and charged late fees. Calling this company “Honest” is the last thing I would ever do. I would not recommend them.

Negative experience: As my sibling's brother, I saw firsthand how stressful renting through Honest Realty Group in Perris became over the past year. Every time I visited, it seemed like there was another issue or another notice from management. Our family was made to feel like a problem simply for visiting. My parents, siblings, and I would stop by, and they questioned how often we were there and implied we were staying too long. It was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. I also remember when they complained about the yard and demanded everything be fixed within three days, even though it was over 100 degrees outside and my sibling was working full-time. The property didn't look any worse than the neighboring homes. Their communication always came across as aggressive rather than professional. Even after my sibling explained there would be a slight paycheck delay, they immediately issued a 3-day notice to pay or quit and added late fees instead of showing any flexibility. From what I personally observed, I also believe they treated Caucasian tenants and same-sex couples unfairly. Based on everything I witnessed, I would never recommend Honest Realty Group to anyone.

Negative experience: As the mother of a tenant who rented through Honest Realty Group in Perris, I watched my child endure an incredibly stressful experience over the past year. From my perspective, the way this company treated them was unacceptable. They conducted frequent inspections with only 24 hours' notice, showing very little consideration for the tenant's schedule or privacy. My husband and I, along with other family members, would visit our child, and they were repeatedly questioned and accused of staying too long simply because we were spending time together as a family. They also complained about the condition of the yard, even though it appeared no different from the neighboring properties. They demanded that everything be addressed within just three days despite triple-digit temperatures and the fact that my child worked full-time. The expectations were unrealistic. Communication from the property management was consistently aggressive and unprofessional. Even after being notified in advance about a brief paycheck delay, they immediately served a 3-day notice to pay or quit and added late fees after just one day past the due date. There was no willingness to work with the situation. Based on what I personally witnessed, I also believe they treated Caucasian tenants and same-sex couples unfairly. That was deeply concerning to see. In my opinion, the name "Honest Realty Group" does not reflect the experience my family had. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a property manager or rental home.

In our experience they’ve also shown clear bias against Caucasian tenants and same-sex couples. Calling this company “Honest” is laughable. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I was not satisfied with hiring Nathaniel as my agent to sell my house. Initially he seemed very caring, a man of faith and responsive, but once a deal was in place, unfortunately, I had to follow up several times on confirming a final closing dates and a lot of details. My ex husband left me in a bad situation when selling my home, in which I only had a few days to move everything out of my house by myself, knowing this Nathaniel pressure me and even asked if he could close the deal sooner so the new owners could move in sooner. He showed complete disregard to my situation and acted as if he was working for the new owners and my ex-husband only being accommodating of their needs but not mine who was ulimimately at the house in a situation like I was, this brought me down even more and created more stressors for me, pushing me to move out sooner than we agreed. Be aware of agents like him who try to sell you on his faith and being a Christian agent but in reality are money motivated, have no compassion towards others and don't follow what they preach. Also, the termite inspector he hired for the final inspection asked me to use the restroom and was using it with the door open while I was in the house by myself. Please take my advice and take your business elsewhere. Update: Immidiately after posting this review I received 2 back -to- back calls from Nathaniel and a very long text message wanting to discuss my review and saying I took almost a year to post it. Extremely unprofessional to try to persuade reviews. Beware of wolves dressed as sheep.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with this business. First off I came to sign papers for a park approval and we are almost done signing the realtor Karla mentioned the 4500 flat fee and that’s when I realized we had just signed paperwork for her to be my realtor. I then had to do 90% of the leg work while in the process of trying to buy a home. Unfortunately these ppl were also selling the property. I feel they were only looking out for the sellers interest and not mine. We had to get the owner involved when I literally started doing everything. She did not help much only smoothed things over with the realtor. Save the head ache and do not use them. Especially Karla….

Negative experience: I rented a property from them when I picked up the keys and got to the place I noticed the property wasn't clean it was still with insects in the cabinets I called and let them know and Esmeralda said unfortunately she couldn't do anything about that the only thing was to turn in the property just like as i had received when I moved out I left the place cleaner then it was turn into me I have proved I have video from the day I moved in and the day I moved out, they still charge me for a cleaning fee I called them about my concern letting them know that the cleaning fee was unfair and I had prove, so they said to write an email so l did what they ask me they haven't wrote back to a single email I send multiple emails asking what was going on why weren't they getting back to me it's been a month since I moved out still haven't received a call or email response it shows the unprofessional they are once it's time to give the full deposit back, I ask them to provide me with photos of before and after and they never have provided me anything, they ask for all this requirements and when you move In but when you move out where all the same energy and them providing all prove for charges there making you pay
