Fantastic experience: Good company, I received excellent service from them, specifically Gina she help us finding a good tenant within two weeks and move in right away thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have multiple properties with Kimmell, I was not going to write a review because I'm very satisfied with the owners service I receive from them. KAPM have been managing my properties for over 25 years, they call me with no hesitation when it comes to the tenants satisfaction, if I can't get to the problem myself the same day I will let KAPM know and they will send there people over to fix whatever the issue is. Most everyone they put in my properties usually stay for years. For what I know of KAPM they demand high quality from the owners and they have always respected the tenants, in over 25 years I have never received a compliant from any tenant. I have no plans on leaving them.

Negative experience: Really nice homes but my family and I felt racially profiled so we was not able to fully go through the process of finding a home. For the highest rented home I made 3x the rent no reason not to rent to me I have good credit with no eviction. One team member didn’t understand why we was giving a hard time by the other one and tried to help in the end but the damage was already done. Certain things was said and actions was shown for us to have come to the conclusion of being racially profiled but because of that one team member that tried I will not go into detail, but I will say do not put all your eggs in one basket if your African American with this company. You might get that lady and she will seem like she is working with you and everything might seem like it’s on the right track but in reality it’s not.

Negative experience: 12/9/2024 I do not recommend any people of color to this particular place of business. Your time and money will not be respected. At one point, my wife was asked by Linda (one of the employees you may talk to) Did you put all your eggs in one basket? And once my wife said yes because she thought they were reputable and had a lot of properties for rent. She laughed in her face. Mine you the question only comes about because she needed verification On everything and instead of waiting, me and my wife was making calls and going to offices to speed the process. After all of the stress and games, Gina (another employee you might have to deal with) tells me she is the manager and I should allow her to help me but no apology just bend over it’s my turn like no no no I want to be refunded my application. Now Gina doesn’t make those decisions she tells me and there is someone else who will call me back about it. Yeah, I don’t think they will get back to me and the last time I went to they office I got the particular feeling that these women will be quick to call police rather than have a conversation. They looked down on us and honestly with how comfortable they did it I KNOW ITS WHAT THEY BEEN DOING. Me and my family of 6 has suffered from there blatant discrimination against us and given we’ve never rented from them before we can only assume they treated us this way because of our cultural appearance.

Fantastic experience: I had to take this time out to say how proud I am as a new tenant with KIMMEL-ANDERSON property management the women that work for this company, Gina, Crystal, Linda, and Dana Anderson these women are the best very hard workers and they do not leave you hanging. I love this property management group I am given them a five star and highly recommend this management company to anyone out there. They’re very fair and honest like the other management companies that I’ve dealt with in the Hemet area. if you have any questions, they have an answer for you. They make you feel like not a tenant but like a family member or a good friend I can’t thank you women enough for all your hard work and dedication. You guys are the best. God bless all of you and thank you for making my life better with my living situation Jermaine

Fantastic experience: Kimball & Anderson team is wonderful! We were referred by a friend who has a great experience as a tenant…and now we can say we too are having a great experience with them. Our viewing of properties, application process, and move in were quick and painless. There were a few things with the place we moved in to that needed to be looked at during our first few days and they were quick to have technicians come out and address concerns, and the technicians they work with were wonderful! All around blessing to be able to rent from this team! We are glad to have found our new home!

Fantastic experience: In all my years, I have never known such an amazing management company! There are no words! When EVER there is an issue, their response has always been immediate! Not only are they quick but the amount of compassion they have for this retired community is astounding. Their staff in the office have always my mom & dad and since my dad passed away in 2020 they treat my mom with so much respect and are truly patient with her! I am so grateful Kimmell Anderson Property Management for taking such good care of her! Thank you!

Negative experience: I rented a place and when I went to look at it, it was super dirty. They said they would clean it. The property was filled with weeds. The garage was covered in cobwebs the day we got the keys to move-in. They literally did not clean one thing in the house we had to do all the cleaning, then when it was time to move out, we clean the place very well left no weeds in the yard and even the maintenance guy said how clean the house looked before taking the keys from us and yet the owner kept all the deposit except for $43 I even have pictures of before we moved in and after the rental had no AC the owner would not fix it. Beware of renting from this company.

Negative experience: This place had a 100 red flags. I could tell they were unprofessional just by the phone call. I decided to give them a chance with a meeting and that was a mistake. Gina set up an appointment for 10 am and shows up early without calling. I was in the restroom and rushed outside to see her pulling off. No phone call no text. I literally was outside in 2 minutes. She is very unprofessional I’m not sure how she got a job at that place. I would go to EZ Realty or A-Team property management. Way more professional and more caught up with todays world This is the reply to the companies reply. I’m not sure what your employee told you but that was not the case. She rang my door bell one time. I was using the restroom and rushed out within 2 minutes and she was gone. There’s was no second attempt. There’s was no “wandering around the yard” I seen on my ring camera she rang the doorbell and just left. Not sure if the employee was unmotivated and/or hungover. This place is so unprofessional. I’m not the only one who feels like that. Go look at their one star reviews. I just know I wouldn’t want a company like this managing such an important asset in my life. Please don’t go with this company there are way more professional options.

Negative experience: Very heart broken, paid my $35, & my two Children who are slightly over 18, these con artists even gave advice of how I can loan my young adults the $35 each adult application fee, & have them give me back the money. The gag was, they found some reason I couldn't lease any home from them, before doing so they suggested things I could do in order to qualify, but at the end of the day, they give false hope to poor clients, I work hard for my money, & I can't afford to give it away. I'm very disappointed with kimmell Anderson group! Still the worst! 06/26/2022 ! Still waiting on refund! Still shady!

Fantastic experience: I've been renting from them for 4 yrs and love all the young ladies there. They have nice property.

Negative experience: On the phone they are really nice but once you enter that office they are really negative and unfriendly!!! I went to look at the exterior of the home was ok with how the home looked. I wanted to put in a application and pay the fee but the lady was unfriendly I just left.

Negative experience: Very unfriendly and didnt seem very knowledgeable about the properties being shown. The woman who showed us properties today seemed bothered to be there from the time we showed up for our appointment, and through showing the 2 places. The properties themselves were actually nice, it's too bad this woman was not very accommodating. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've talked to Miss. Kimmel and have a lot of respect. She was a former actress and become her own success. Sometimes people find their destiny and told my sister about taking to her over phone. Anyhow I'll always prayer that God will bring the right people to rent her properties. However, knew a former actress named Wendy Carmen. She was very sweet and died from cancer. She will always be remembered as a caring individual who cared for Senior Living and hopefully somebody I will move down to California. Everyone should have dreams and achieve them.

Fantastic experience: As a past renter of almost 4 years under the management of Kimmell-Anderson Group, I can tell you that they went above and beyond to ensure my needs and the needs of my family were always met. More importantly, as the son of the owner, I can tell you that that exceptional treatment I received as a renter, wasn't given out of bias or familial-privilege. To give you one of many examples; I live in Utah with my family and my siblings and their families. My parents see their kids and grand babies, maybe twice a year, during the holidays. I can't tell you the countless times my mother has stepped away from enjoying her grand babies and kids and has taken a call and spent an hour or two on the phone with a renter who had a plumbing emergency, a renter who was locked out of their house, or even more simply, a renter who just had a question and wanted to know when the trash man came that week. And she would be missing from the party or dinner until the resident was taken care of. Despite having employees who are fully capable to handle these situations, and despite being on vacation, my mother has made it her priority to take care of her residents, first. Will there still be some people dissatisfied with the service? Sure. That's life. I understand that leaks happen, microwaves break, etc...and it is frustrating and the natural response is to blame someone. You can't please everyone, in any service industry. But usually the people who are content with their service, don't need to say anything. I can tell you, first hand--from my personal experience with KAG and from personal observation-- that the residents and renters of Kimmell-Anderson are far more than a number to them. They genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of their renters.

Positive experience: They keep their properties well kept, and if something needs fixing their on it!

Negative experience: Rented from them and the owner is abrupt, and rude so when our lease was up we moved on.

Negative experience: I tried to have these people handle my property, but found them too unreliable in getting back to me. It took almost a week before the rental lady got back to me to tell me that the contact was not processed because the property mgmt owner didn't like my requests. A whole week lost!! I won't be using them!
