Fantastic experience: Kathy Holloway was absolutely amazing!!! Within 4 months over a holiday period, she helped me to find the perfect house with no pressure whatsoever!! And she made the entire process very simple, easy to follow, and did all the heavy lifting for me!! Bravo Zulu and job very well done!!!

Negative experience: The property I leased from them was a biohazard and sanitation swamp. CTI did absolutely nothing to assist me as a tenant of theirs for nearly 2 years despite dozens of requests. Their rent payment system is archaic and they don’t offer ACH, so you are stuck with an extra $10 fee every month. Learn from me, don’t rent from them.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Michelle and the CTI real estate prep course enough! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Ms. Michelle is a natural educator - great communication skills, incredibly personable, and funny too; which made the intense environment of a 4-day crash course so much more enjoyable. We had a small, intimate class of 8, and she did a fantastic job of making us all feel fully prepared for the state exam. Beyond just synthesizing the content, she was amazing at connecting all of us on our professional journeys, creating a supportive atmosphere that I didn’t expect but deeply appreciated. The office was spacious and very clean, providing a great learning environment. Because there is a massive amount of information to cover from the Moseley Flint curriculum in such a short time, I really appreciated that she provided ample amount of breaks and "reset timeouts" to keep us from burning out. Honestly, if Michelle had a YouTube channel, I am certain her teaching lessons would go viral. Her delivery is so engaging that I know I would watch her videos over and over again. If you want to pass your exam and actually enjoy the process, take this course with Ms. Michelle!

Fantastic experience: Tamika Jackson represented us when we used a large builder to construct our new home. As the new home neared completion, we continued Tamika’s services as the listing agent for the home we were selling. From the beginning, she was thorough, knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. While we have bought and sold a number of homes over the years, Tamika offered a number of creative options and the benefit of her professional perspective as we progressed through the listing and selling process. She was very detailed oriented in offering advice to prepare our home for sale. When the first set of pictures did not turn out as she expected, she had the photographer retake the pictures to meet her expectations to ensure they properly reflected our home to potential buyers. Tamika provided regular and timely updates on the listing as well as immediate feedback on open house events, buyer visits and general trends in our area as they related to home values. She is a very aggressive agent who at the same time, encouraged us to be patient and steadfast in our set price. In the end, that worked to our advantage. Above all, she clearly demonstrated she is a professional of highest integrity who is committed to her clients’ success while maintaining a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: Long story short ( I could have you reading for hours) ; I went into this phase of my life not knowing which steps to take or which direction to go. I been through a lot in my life. I have tried twice at becoming a home buyer and something just had me not believing that me and my husband and children could do this. So I would just stop with the process and not continue with the application. Until one day i heard this voice say " it's your time!" God had sent us one of his special angels and she go by the name of Cybil Usual!!! Words cannot express the feelings of not knowing which way to go or which way to turn until God sent me her!! Her work speak for itself! The most patient and remarkable woman I ever meet in my life! WHOEVER YOU ARE OUT THERE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A HOME AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO OR WHO TO GO TO; THIS IS THE PERSON I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!! CYBIL USUAL!!!! SHE IS ONE OF A KIND!! YOU CAN'T GET NO BETTER THAN THIS WOMAN RIGHT HERE!! PLEASE BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU THIS!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Negative experience: Reviews should be made by actual clients and not family, friends and colleagues. And to make a statement such as “this is a world class” organization is totally ridiculous! Michelle Thompson must not care about her reputation. She tolerates unprofessionalism in her realtors. Unless you have a contract with them she will not take the time to personnally respond to complaints. It’s all about the money isn’t it? I am a veteran and wouldn’t hire your organization to take my garbage out!

Negative experience: They have some nice houses and the rent isn't ridiculously priced but they do quarterly inspections and don't always give you 24 hour notice. They send contractors to your home with no notice whatsoever. Then when you move out they do everything possible to take every dime of your deposit.

Fantastic experience: My sister is a real estate agent in Ala. She assisted clients from MD to find a home in Ala, but with a fellow realtor that was in VA * CTI, Joy Pearson. Little did I know that the same realtor would assist me and my family in finding our family home. We had a realtor but she was just not as excited as we were to find a house. I met Joy on Fri and she not only drove me around to other communities in Stafford that I was not aware of, but she was patient and motivated. She even had a personalized binder for us!!! She is very detailed and goal oriented for you the client! Ask for Joy Pearson, she works hard to open up doors for her clients.

Negative experience: Michelle is the absolute worst Real Estate Agent I have ever had to work with. She is Completely unprofessional and makes it a mission to insure you have a terrible experience. The lack of Communication she gives to her clients is completely unprofessional. I have never worked with someone who has told so many lies just to make a sale. I am not sure how she got a license to sell homes, but someone should take that license away from her. If you are looking to move into your home quickly, Then stay away from Michelle and her company CTI Real Estate. Your kids will be all grown up, and ready to put you in a nursing home by the time Michelle gets you into your home.

Negative experience: Please do not list or buy from Natalie Jones. She does not want to do any work. I cannot get my dream home because of her. :-( :-( :-( If there is 0 star, i would have picked it.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Anette Ellis back in January 2019 I believe. The dedication she provided to me and my family was awesome. Anette was very clear and to the point, there was no hidden agenda's with her. She was very professional at All, let me say it again, All times. Anette was reachable, and when she was not going to be available she made that clear so their were no misunderstandings. When we started out, I have to be honest we didn't know which way we wanted to go, meaning townhouse or single family, Anette dealt with our back and forth with no complaints. Anette would schedule 4-5 homes for us to view almost every Sat. or Sun. until we closed on May 29, oh and let me not forget to mention she was driving from Fredericksburg, VA to MD and that's not a drive around the corner lol. She stood up for us as her clients when things seem to be going a bit left during the purchase. In closing I want to also add she always followed through on what she said she was going to do and done so in a timely and professional manner.
