Fantastic experience: I have been staying here for almost a year now!!! When I tell you that this has been the BEST place I’ve rented from since I’ve lived in Truman and I’ve been here about 5 yrs!! The landlord responds with any concerns in a timely manner! He fixes what needs to repaired in a timely manner!! Her keeps our lawn up and looking nice, not too mention everyone over here in my complex says the same thing since they have moved here!! I absolutely love it & already have my lease to sign for the upcoming year

I’ve rented from them for a little over 3 years now and everytime I’ve had a issue David has been rly helpful and help my problem get resolved for example my air just quit working Sunday night it was super hot in my house I contacted David and Monday morning somebody was at my house and fixed my air another example about 2 years ago my dishwasher quit working I contacted David and he got me a new dish washer in like 2 days he is very responsive and willing to help with any situation I highly recommend these guys if you want to rent from somebody that is always willing to help an makes sure you are enjoying you’re place of I could give 10 stars I would!!

Fantastic experience: A year ago Meredith Edwards helped my mother in law find her forever home. She walked us through the entire process and was so helpful and kind. Then today, I found out she sent my MIL a card celebrating the anniversary. It meant to much to her, and means so much to me. When its time for my husband and I to move, she's who we're going with.

Negative experience: Contacted David for information on a rental property. He was the rudest, most derogatory person I have dealt with in a long time. He told me to submit an application for 40.00. When I clicked the link the fee was 50.00 per every person over the age of 18 who will be in the home. These application fees are killer when you may not even get the home. They are running into hundreds of dollars while we wait to be first choice. I very politely thanked him for his time and the first part of his response was fine but the bit he added about “not being the type of people they’re looking for anyway” was uncalled for and very derogatory. He knows nothing about me except a quick phone call and text. Conversation as follows: Hey David, thank you very much for your time but it says the applications are 50.00 each and its me and my adult disabled daughter so thats 100.00 and I may not even get the house. We can’t afford to throw away money with a limited amount of time to move. Appreciate the chance though. Hope you find an awesome tenant. David: I appreciate your honesty. If your daughter isn’t working, we would only need your application. But if you can’t afford the application fee to lease a $1500 per month house then you’re probably not who we’re looking for anyway. If he had stopped after the first bit Iwould have went on and submitted my application but after the last Coldwell Banker properties are not the type of people I’m looking for either. From one professional to another, David needs to do better and be kinder because he does not know who he is speaking to or what their situation is.

Fantastic experience: Heather is a fantastic agent who goes above and beyond to help her clients. I recently worked with her as the lender working with a buyer of hers and her dedication to getting the buyer everything they needed and ensuring a smooth transaction was absolutely superb! I hope we can work together again very soon and highly recommend her enthusiastically. Her communication and integrity are second to none, which is a breath of fresh air to have in a realtor partner.

Fantastic experience: Norman Leonard was our realtor for our latest purchase in the city of Jonesboro. We were looking for a second home there for business and personal reasons. The home had to meet a strict criteria, for example 3-4 bedrooms, not older than 5 years, be on a very small lot in a very quiet neighborhood in a specific area and built by a reputable builder, while staying in our expected budget. We worked with Norman for several months and the inventory of homes that met our criteria was very low. Norman was very diligent and was always ready to show us any homes that we wanted to look at. He would always meet us anytime and anywhere with a huge smile and open mind. There was never a time that we felt pressured to buy and each time we looked at a home and wasn't satisfied with it for whatever reasons, he'd say that we would just keep looking. He said you'll know when you see it. Then one day we just happened to be looking online and found a house that we felt met the criteria. We called Norman to ask if he could show the house to us. We had a very small window of time, so he got busy and made it happen. We made an offer and by the next morning we were notified by Norman that our offer had been accepted. Norman then kept us informed on every detail right up to time to close. There was a small issue and Norman stayed on top of the issue until we were completely satisfied. He has called us a few times making sure we were enjoying our purchase and all was going well. We would highly recommend him and definitely would use him again.

Fantastic experience: I recently sold a house in the Black Oak area. I chose Amy Lawrence as my agent for a couple of reasons. The first was that she was recommended by someone I know. The other reason was because she lived in the surrounding area and I thought it might be easier for her to show the house. Amy exceeded my expectations. I didn't have to go over to the house except to mow the yard and make some needed repairs. She went over there and took care of different things I did not expect an agent to do. She doesn't just work in that area. She went above and beyond for my husband and me in the sale of our property.

Fantastic experience: I called a number listed by a rental house just to find out some information, and I found Carol Schreiner. When that specific house didn't work, she made note of what my girlfriend and I were looking for and has been in consistent communication ever since. When we contacted her about viewing a particular home she recommended, she contacted the landlord and FOUGHT to let us bring our sweet puppy. She helped us when she really didn't have to, and Coldwell is a lucky place to have her!
