Negative experience: We ended up with bad plumbing issues and they pushed us out of our apartment after we paid rent, but put the other tenants up in a hotel paid for not good service

Fantastic experience: NIGHT AND DAY working with them compared to my other property management!! Nice and considerate people that answer your phone calls and answer all your questions. Made my process so easy and fast! Looking forward to having them as my property management!

Fantastic experience: Amazing people to work with!

Negative experience: The receptionist seemed very impatient. I couldn’t find a listing on their website, so I went into their office to talk to someone about it. I asked if they had a second website and she said no and showed me a paper with the correct website. The whole conversation was very dry. We were very interested in renting one of their properties, however, we will go with another property management that has respectful staff and helpful and friendly conversations. I feel as if I was discriminated against because I am a very young looking 18 year old and it feels like I wasn’t taken seriously.

Negative experience: Horrible renters allowed in my rental due to poor screening by Century 21. Was told they would do drive bys regularly to check condition of exterior. I had to call and point out poor yard upkeep multiple times and quit relying on them looking out for my property. They may be good at helping renters but as a landlord I felt I was low on their priorities. I was so disappointed with their services and cannot recommend them to other home owners.

Fantastic experience: We just got our bathtub/shower fixed and updated. Our Century 21 contractor Dan spent a few days pulling out our old tub and put in a new steel tub, updated the shower fixtures and installed an impressive new tile from tub to sealing. This was a lot more of an upgrade than we ever expected. Thank You and especially the owner of this property, so much. We really appreciate the new tub/shower!!!

Negative experience: Have been renting a rv spot for three years never had a complain against us another tennant moved in and all of a sudden we were told we have to move asked why and was told by law they don’t have to tell us she was very rude and sarcastic we at least deserve an explanation gave us 30 days felt like they were discriminated against gonna have to talk to lawyer

Negative experience: Sceduled a house viewing 2 weeks prior appon arrival on the day of showing was told that 1. They did not have it in their system AT ALL and 2. They had an approved tennant since about tge tikenthe appointment was made Need to be more attentive of what theyre scheduling

Negative experience: Lost our jobs in the middle of escrow and lender denied loan, she's fighting to keep our earnest deposit of $1500, how greedy is she, she'll reap what she sows. BEWARE !!!!! She sold her house right away, she got her money, we're the ones out on the streets, and she doesn't need what little money we have.

Fantastic experience: I own several rental properties and have used MANY property managers. I am the MOST HAPPY with Century 21 Golden West Realty. They have a great team in the office. Vacancies are quickly cleaned and repaired. Other property managers created an overpriced multi-page estimate which took at least a week to submit to me for approval, then waited until THEIR IN-HOUSE crew was available for repairs and cleaning. By contrast, Century 21 usually cleans out trash in 1-2 days, then repairs start immediately AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. They really keep the costs down and get it rented fast which allows me to keep rents down. They respond to my emails the same day. They are fair with tenant deposits too. I noticed I have MUCH fewer vacancies with Century 21 because they don't annoy the tenants. Also, I am very happy with Shaun Steward as a agent for buying or selling properties.

Negative experience: Brittany is a complete joke to work with. Made us completely waste our time. Treated us terribly the day before we were going to pick up the keys. She did not understand our concerns in the slightest. Dropped a bunch of stuff on us last second. She should have mentioned days before. Honestly not speaking for all of Century 21, but if you get a text from Brittany ask for a new property manager. We backed out of that deal as soon as we realized how we were going to be treated. All I asked of her was for her to do her job and find some information for us and she just lied through her teeth. If some one from 21st reaches out to me I would love to give you guys the screenshots of how terrible a manager she is.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I started renting an apartment a year ago and it has been such a great experience to rent from this place, the people in the office are amazing they very kind and sweet to us. they are always on top of things when something needs tended to. I highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: Dont do it! Save your money! Go somewhere else. They will tell you one thing over the phone then do another. I called before I submitted my app and asked if they were felon friendly. They told me to apply and everything was good, then I get a text, a text mind you, saying were not felon friendly sorry. Brittany is rude and will waste your time "scheduling showings" when the house is already gone. Dont go to them!!

Fantastic experience: We needed to sell our house in Caldwell and Shaun Steward was a godsend. She is friendly, extremely competent and easy to work with. Great communication during the whole process. We always knew what was going on, what was needed and when which always made us feel at ease. There was alot to juggle and the family was going through a tough time in our lives. She made the whole process a breeze. She went above and beyond. As far as all the paperwork was concerned she is extremely knowledgeable and explained things clearly all the way through. Couldn't have gone smoother. Would recommend Shaun Steward anytime! Her knowledge of the area as well as being familiar with the builders in the area really helped a lot. I nearly made a mistake in the first home I had chosen. With her help, I was able to make a change without being penalized. Once we found the home I bought, Shaun was there to help me understand and get through the purchase and financing process. Her advice was spot on! She saved me money and helped avoid a lot of stress. I'm so grateful to have had Shaun at my side. Negative experience: Shaun steward the broker of the office is becoming a bully and trying to bribe me with money to move out earlier than my 30 day notice. Is also trying to practice law without a license. *update* surprise surprise the house is pulled it the market yet again

Negative experience: Wendy has zero people skills, professionalism, and is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. We were recently displaced due to a fire, where we lost half of our belongings. Being 8 months pregnant, we are anxious to find a home and thought we had found a rental. We went to the office to explain that documents they requested for an application had been destroyed in the fire, but we were willing to pay up to 3 months rent in advance. Wendy dismissed us and made flippant remarks about our loss and the fire. Unbelievable and disappointing experience for a company we hoped we could have worked with.

Negative experience: This Place its so racist they told my mom and sis that they rent the house to somebody else but that there aplication was good for 90 days so they called again and the same thing happens they suck
