Fantastic experience: Amazing people, Amazing family!!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience working with Jennifer as our realtor! As first-time homebuyers unfamiliar with the process, she guided us every step of the way with patience, expertise, and genuine care for our best interests. Since we’re not from North Carolina, her local knowledge was invaluable in helping us navigate finding our dream property. She was incredibly communicative, always available to answer our questions, and made sure we felt confident in every decision we made. She met with us multiple times to view the home and connected us with the right people for renovations, making the entire process seamless. Beyond being knowledgeable and professional, she was also easygoing, friendly, and truly a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a realtor who is dedicated, resourceful, and will go above and beyond for you, we highly recommend Jennifer!

Fantastic experience: Larisa was a pleasure to work with. She kept us well-informed and updated throughout our sale. She always offered her experience and expertise at just the right time and was wonderful throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: Thank you David Lee and his team for helping make our transactions an ease with complete professionalism in a timely manner

Fantastic experience: I've known everyone who works at 5 Star for the past couple of years and they are all amazing people

Fantastic experience: Best real estate company I have ever had the pleasure of working with!

Negative experience: I lived in a property that was managed by Chauncey, I'm not sure if it was his fault or the landlord who he managed the property for but we had a very hard time getting any work done on our property. Ever. Lived there for 2 years, suddenly got our property management company changed to five star, were not informed of this beforehand, and never received a lease to sign to prolong our rental. Chauncey did get us assistance after hurricane Helene, within the first 72 hours, but communicating with him after that when we decided to move out was impossible. Not impressed with this company, will not ever be using them in the future.

Fantastic experience: Deal makers...

Fantastic experience: Wonderful team

Fantastic experience: We used Larisa Livesay to help us purchase a home out of state, and I have to say out of all the more experienced realtors she was by far the best, kept us updated, contacted us often, went to see dumpy homes, and was forever on our side. We eventually found our home but it was through her that made the whole thing possible, thank you sooooo much Larisa, we love our new home, and you made it possible through the worst year ever!!!! We love you!! Great realtor, she will be on your side!!!

Fantastic experience: These folks have helped me with 7, ves 7 transactions in last 4 years! Sold house. Bought 2 condos. Sold condo. Sold land. Referred me to realtors in other countries to sell both house and land. Earned me much more than expected and saved much on purchases!

Negative experience: There's no Communication,no follow up with you except when it's convenient for you. If your ask a question over twice get them an Answer . You are hired by us.

Fantastic experience: Great family atmosphere...

Fantastic experience: The restaurant was comfortable and the food was great! Quite tasty.

Fantastic experience: Excellent agents....a great team!!!
