Fantastic experience: We recently used The Lisa Rector Team to sell our home and buy a new one. Our agent was Bridgett Evenson-Laird, and she went above and beyond to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible. We were picky buyers who made it clear that we would likely want to see many houses and were in no hurry to make a move until we found something we liked. Bridgett still advised us to get our house ready for sale, which was very good advice. When we finally found a house we liked and were prepared to make an offer, Bridgett was attending a company conference out of town. Not only did she drop everything to help us, but she enlisted several colleagues to brainstorm how we could craft a competitive offer. Despite there being multiple offers on the house, we had ours selected thanks to their creativity. On the sell side, we had multiple offers within two days of putting our house on the market.
