Fantastic experience: This is the Best real estate office and company in Twin Falls by far. They are all so professional and show up to take care of their clients the right way. Keller Williams trains their people the best and it shows when working with them.

Negative experience: This is the worst experience I ever had their mentally I’ll John and Sarah their places area disgusting spider web dirty floors then they scam u in your deposit I would never rent with them especially jhon I never met nobody more money hungry than jhon and Sarah they went into the unit screaming they ignore your questions they get easily annoyed no patience towards people but it’s okay I paid $1,000 fine for someone spending the night I paid $68 for them telling me too put the sheets on the floor too wash it they charged me over 300 too clean a place that we already paid the cleaning fee and they take the money away from your deposit at the end of tbe day this is just one big scam .

Negative experience: If I could give MINUS 5 stars I would! We met with "Agent" Carrie Smalley concerning buying a home. She did almost nothing for us. Very poor communication from her. We decided to build a home; however, she was no help during the process. We also asked her to help us find a place to rent during the building process but she said nothing was available. WE ultimately found a place right down the street from her home. The only time we heard from her was after closing and she was wanting a commission she didn't deserve. Stay clear from her and find another agent!

Negative experience: They say their call is important to them but it isn’t wouldn’t recommend to anyone also Francis Alves is not very friendly

Negative experience: Still trying to get a copy of broker price value report that was initiated on September 15. Getting the agent to respond after 2 text messages, one message left at the office after 9 calls to her cell where the mailbox is always full, and 2 additional calls to the main office to verify her cell number has been completely unsuccessful to this point!! Feeling invisible and unimportant to this business.

Negative experience: I didn't use Keller Williams as my agent for purchasing my home. However, the seller's agent was John Kullhem out of the Twin Falls Keller Williams office. My experience buying my first house was absolutely terrible due to his lack of responsiveness and inaccuracies throughout the process. My agent would send him a text message, call him, and email him with various questions I had and would receive no response or it would take several days to hear anything from him. There was one form that took him 10 days to get over to my realtor. He lied to my agent on numerous occasions when they did speak. My realtor started including her broker on all communications with John just so she could see how unresponsive and unprofessional he was. John also told her that the water softer in the house was leased. However, on the paperwork that the sellers filled out they marked that it was both leased and owned and we tried to get clarity on this throughout the process and he never responded. It's a document that he should have checked over before sending it over for inaccuracies. The water softener is still in the house, so I guess it is owned, but apparently John couldn't figure that out. He also didn't go over the contract with the sellers, because on the final walk through I was surprised to see that the refrigerator was gone which was negotiated in up from. The sellers said that they had no idea it was in there and John never told them about it. They should have also read the contract, but as a realtor that's something that should be covered with them before move out. Now I had to pay $1,700 for a fridge and wait another week and a half for it to be delivered. We closed on Monday and I was sitting at the closing table and he was still calling my agent as I was signing asking for paperwork she had already sent over to him several days before. He was causing us both stress up until the last minute because of his disorganization. He is absolutely the worst realtor in the Magic Valley. I wouldn't recommend him or Keller Williams to anyone after the experience I had with John. I used to think that Keller Williams had a higher level of competent agents, but clearly this is not the case.

Fantastic experience: Carrie Smalley was fantastic to work with. She was extremely patient, nice and did a lot of work helping us find just the right place. We did not make it easy. You are in the best of hands when you are working with Carrie!

Fantastic experience: Our Realtor was John Kullman and he is the absolute best! As a joke I said I want a 10 tiered cake at closing and He delivered! He was professional, trustworthy, always answered his phone when we called freaking out, and was so patient. Thank you John!

Negative experience: The agent forgot to do as she said , and was less than truthful to all involved. For two months the agent knew things needed to be done and never said anything. Unprofessional, avoided taking action, until two months later and not being accountable to others that she had been saying she would be taking care of things. The broker did not follow through as asked to return a call. Less then poor customer service.

Negative experience: Realtor did not include work done in closing cost. Month after closing we get stuck with bill after all our money is tied up in new property. Call to broker was not returned. This was our second time dealing with this company. Both times we got burned. We should have learned our lesson the first time. Save yourself the headache go with a different realtor Mark and Marcia

Fantastic experience: Katie Barrineau (Realtor) is such a sweet gal. She was put through the ringer with my loan company. However, she was extremely helpful and understanding. Plenty of times I got frustrated. But, Katie was on top of her game! If I needed anything she got it DONE. It did not matter what time of day it was. I would highly recommend this company. They also have an app that is very user friendly. My fiance and I appreciate all the effort Katie put into the entire process. We couldn't thank her enough!
