After researching countless hours, and debating to one another where we should move, we both finally agreed on a place to live. Twin Falls, Idaho. We had only been to the Twin Falls area ONCE on our honeymoon, after we had already made the decision to move there. CRAZY! We reached out to Nicole Gabiola after a friend recommended her. Kris and I really can't thank Nicole enough! She is a person who goes above and beyond to help you find your dream home. Because of covid, the military was not allowing us to travel, so Nicole set up virtual tours for us to explore potential homes. She was easy to get ahold of if we had more questions or concerns, which was HUGE because of the time difference and our busy schedules. When Kris and I finally found a house, she helped with price negotiations, paperwork and so much more. A week before our wedding and three weeks before our official move, the house fell through. The owner decided to not fix things that the VA required. Nicole was very apologetic (even though it wasn't her fault) and she quickly jumped in to action searching for a new home for Kris and I. After about a month of living in Twin Falls, having stayed at two Airbnbs, Myplace hotel and a camper on a friend's property, we found another potential house. Nicole was quick to find out information about the house and for us to see the property. I didnt believe in love at first sight ( sorry Kris ) until we saw this house.
