Long story long — I cannot say enough good things about Lauren to accurately describe how grateful we are for her. We chose Lauren as a spur-of-the-moment decision because we wanted to see a house quickly and needed an agent. Fortunately for us, she was the first person who popped up who wasn’t sponsored, so we moved forward. By the next day, we were touring the house. Even though that house wasn’t our forever home and wouldn’t have been worth much in commission, Lauren walked with us and pointed out the pros and cons. When we later decided to check out another home that we thought would be our forever home, she walked us through every step of the way. Once again, she got us in to see the home the next day. Even though this home would’ve meant a higher commission for her, she made sure we didn’t miss a single thing that could cause hesitancy. Every step of the way, she showed that she cared more about finding us a home we would love rather than making a quick sale. We went under contract for this home, and unfortunately, due to an issue on the sellers’ end, we did not make it to closing. My husband and I were devastated, and through it all, Lauren rode the highs and lows with us. Even when things went south, she didn’t stop fighting for us. She even offered to pay to have the sellers fix one of our non-negotiables just to try to get us into the home we thought would be our forever home. Unfortunately, we couldn’t move forward and let her know we were going to stop looking for a while. She didn’t push during that time or try to offer alternatives. She gave us the space we needed. About six months later, we had a moment of fate. We randomly saw Lauren at the fair and made some small talk. It sparked us to look again, and we found a place we had to see. As usual, she had us there the next day. We loved the house and moved forward. We had issues with our lender, and Lauren jumped in on three-way calls to explain things to me. She encouraged me to look around and had someone she worked closely with, so she offered to send my information their way. The next day, I had saved thousands, all because Lauren took the time to make sure we were getting the best every step of the way. During our walkthrough, we noticed many of the items that were supposed to be done still weren’t completed. That night, Lauren had everything scheduled to be taken care of, and by the next day, our home was move-in ready. Everything about Lauren is efficient, thoughtful, and dedicated to your success.
