We did a lot of work to make sure the home was prepared for selling and Ainsley had a lot of meaningful advice and feedback about decluttering, repairs and staging. The end result was two offers the day after we listed the property. She next helped us through the selling process. We had a lot of questions and she was always available to help and had good recommendations for getting a few repairs done that came up in inspection. She even helped us on the day of closing to make sure our proceeds were correctly forward to another title agency for the purchase of another home out of state. Fantastic experience: Ainsley did a superb job selling our home. She went beyond the call-of-duty to ensure that our house was always ready for viewing by potential buyers. At over 900 miles away from the house, we could not be present for many tasks. But Ainsley would always offer to step in to help: paying the landscaper who would accept only cash, checking on the work of the landscaper, inspecting the house after our ring app notified us of unexpected visitor, and taking our garbage bin to the curb. Communication was excellent. She was always quick to answer our questions, no matter the time. She would inform us as soon as she would get any update. She would pursue all possible avenues to ensure that the closing process was proceeding as expected and resolve any issue that was causing a delay. If you are buying or selling, no need to interview anyone else; just sign Ainsley for the transaction.
