Positive experience: Nice place. Rent goes up every year. Always making improvements, though not always noticeable. Not so quick at responding to or acknowledging complaints. If they put in a new house next to you keep an eye on everything they do because you are no longer important. Priority is on selling new houses not taking care of long term home owners.

Positive experience: Nice development, modular homes with land lease. Amenities are decent with pools, playgrounds, multiple ponds, food establishments, and a golf cart community. Some properties have a water view, and there are a few pot nets owned rentals.

Negative experience: I considered moving to Potnets for a few years before actually moving here. Since I did I frequented their Restaurants and enjoyed the beautiful ambiance of watching the waterways and the comings and goings of the boats,and the food and service were exceptional. Since then the service,food quality and bang for your buck food is nonexistent. They advertise as a family friendly bar and grill,but reality is they allow patrons to be overserved,while the children play. Then,they can drive home and Potnets feels that they should not held responsible or be accountable for whatever happens once they leave the actual bar. If they receive a bad review,or the owner is told anything that isn't positive,he blocks you and keeps you from commenting ever again. Food overpriced now for what you get. Want to get robbed,then you're good but be prepared to be jumped in their parking lots,but no responsibility.

Fantastic experience: Vacationed then owned a trailer in the mid 80' and 90's but it got to be too high priced for our budget. Great for the Tunnel family who have developed a very nice community or communities. Thanks for the memories.

Fantastic experience: Best place I've ever lived. The only thing missing is a bridge over the bay to rt 1, so i dont have to drive 30 mins out my way everytime to get to rehoboth or ocean view..

Fantastic experience: Love this place isn't to far from Rehoboth Beach or Ocean City. Plenty of water sports. And out door activities. Great place to take the whole family on a trip.

Fantastic experience: Visited on the weekend it was busy, but had a nice time. Beach is clean and people are very friendly.

Positive experience: It's a lovely community with many amenities. However the ground rent is quite expensive so we ultimately decided not to move there. In many cases the ground rent was equal to a mortgage payment on a $100k house.

Fantastic experience: This private community has everything you need to be at the beach without the crowds! The owners keep the place in tip top shape. There a couple beaches, shuffleboard, a restaurant overlooking the bay, several canals, boat launches and boat slips, and even a dog park.

Positive experience: Food was great however, service could be better. We had a party of 8. Not overly large. Some of the meals came out wrong. Certainly not the servers issue. Items were corrected quickly. Prices were reasonable

Fantastic experience: Visiting Paradise Grill, on the tip of Bay Rd in Pot Net "trailer park", (well a trailer park on the DE beaches, fully equipped with golf carts), is like taking a vacation to Hawaii. Sandy floors, tiki torches, tropical drinks, palm trees and great music (saw a killer Elvis impersonator!) make this spot truly a hidden gem. So tie up your boat, kick off your shoes and take a visit to Paradise Grill in Pot Net communities.
