My wife and I worked with Tracey to purchase our house in Spanish Fort, in July. We moved to the eastern shore about a year ago and wanted to learn about the different neighborhoods and areas before deciding to put down roots. We met Tracey in April and we wanted to be in our new house before school started for our 8 year old son. Tracey was a treasure trove of information, got to know us and what we were looking for and was not afraid to tell us if she didn't think a neighborhood would be up to our standards. She made herself available when we needed her and didn't bug us to look at houses just to make a sale. We never felt any pressure to buy or make an offer higher than we were comfortable making on a property (and we made plenty). In fact, we could count on Tracy to walk through a home with us with a scrutinizing eye (when needed) and point out potential problem areas and/or areas we could use for negotiation. I know there have been some recent changes with real estate laws regarding buyer's agents that put pressure on us buyers to select an agent faster than one might like. With that said, if you're looking for a buyer's agent and are researching Tracey, you can rest assured that she'll have your best interest in mind and work with integrity. In my opinion, in a world where anyone can see every house for sale online, that's the most important trait in a buyer's agent. Throw in her detailed knowledge of the area, accessibility, patience, and fun personality, and you'll be happy you chose her. I know we are.
