Fantastic experience: For thirty years, my husband and I lived in the home we built. In that house, we celebrated countless family gatherings, watched our grandchildren grow into amazing adults, and found comfort during difficult moments. Then came the inevitable time we always knew would arrive; we had to downsize and find a more manageable home. Downsizing, searching for a new house that fits our needs and desires, and moving were daunting enough—but preparing and selling the home we were leaving was the task that worried us most. Then we met Kendall Reyes. Kendall came to our home, toured the house and property and presented the “Reyes Home Team Real Estate Group” to us. What an awesome organized presentation he made. The Reyes Home Team has developed a detailed process that can be tailored to the property being sold. In our situation Kendall reviewed our prepping plans and suggested several items that we incorporated into our preparation plans. Kendall then presented the Reyes Home Team step by step marketing plan which was ultimately successfully customized to facilitate the sale of our home. In the end, The Reyes Home Team Real Estate Group marketed our house and had a Purchase and Sale Agreement within 48 hours after the house went on the market. Kendall was in constant communication with us throughout the process, followed through on everything he promised and most importantly made this an entirely stress-free process. Fantastic experience: We had to sell our house quickly due to an unexpected move out of state. We hired Kendall and his team to help us with our sale- and we are so happy we did! Kendall started the process immediately. Professional staging, painting, and pictures and video within 1.5 weeks. Social media engagement was on point and by the time our house hit the market- we already had a lot of interest due to Kendall’s social media networking. Fantastic experience: What value does a realtor bring to the home buying process anymore, given there is so much information available online? Are they worth the price anymore or are they just a necessary evil in today’s market? After working with Kristen and Kendall, we quickly realized how much value a local, reputable, and well-connected agent brings to the table. Sure, we were able to identify houses through online searches, but what you can’t see, even during showings, is the neighborhood dynamic. During showings, Kristin was busy calling friends in each neighborhood, giving us invaluable information well beyond what you can find online or even see in person while you’re at a house for an hour. When it came to making a competitive offer, her insights were always spot on with comps and gut feelings. We got our first bad taste of the competitive Spring 2022 market, being one of 13 offers where the top offer was a crazy 25% over asking, and she quickly became our therapist and friend (probably in that order). This all led to finding our dream home in a family-friendly neighborhood that we never thought existed. Kristin was in close contact with the sellers, allowing us to make a competitive offer within our budget. From the offer to the inspection, and through closing, she was in daily contact with us to keep our mind at ease. Then we chose to list our home and the Reyes Team knocked it out of the park! Kristin walked through our home and advised what we should fix up and how to set up the rooms. Their picture and video crew, along with the marketing of the Reyes Team, did a fantastic job highlighting our home, which brought a ton of families though the open house. A week after accepting an offer, the buyer's financing fell through and we had another direct conversation with Kristin, who advised us to have another open house. A day after our second open house, we accepted an even better offer, which has since closed! There were more unavoidable bumps in the road than we ever anticipated in both the purchase of our current home and sale of our previous. It has never been more evident that having the right partner to navigate these waters is invaluable. We’re so thankful for the Reyes Team and cannot imagine working with anyone else.
