Negative experience: Will not be renting from this company in the future. Learn some costumer service, disgruntled costumers come with any job where you will be dealing with people purchasing/renting anything.

Negative experience: This company is the most useless and unreliable. They only care about how much money they could make from you. They don't do proper repairs and they hardly ever do any form of maintenances. They intentionally make things harder and will force you to work on THEIR time, not yours. They refuse to communicate with you and will intentionally hang up on you if you have any problems. They are the true definition of slumlords.

Negative experience: I would not rent from this company as the entire office are rude and unprofessional. They are not reliable and will not follow through on their promises. Rather, they would do the opposite and try to charge you for anything and everything.

Negative experience: I was told today by linda since im a disabled veteran and home all the time that I was the problem not the landscaping company that has damaged multiple vehicles in my driveway. Today I got them on camera doing high speed doughnuts on a riding mower. Playing on cell phones while weed eating near vehicles and leaf blowing them off to cover their tracks. I took my car to be inspected for damages caused by the company It was around 4500 in paint and repairs.

Realtor Samantha Hayes has been extremely helpful and responsive to help my family locate and secure a residential property lease. She has assisted us with review of MLS listings, provided more than 80 detailed home photos, and conducted a great property showing. She is smartly on point, coordinating preparations for occupancy and good communication with the property owner. She made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. I believe this realty group understands their customer's and clearly go the extra mile to provide personal service at the highest level. You can’t go wrong to use this Group for their depth of knowledge and contacts in the South Georgia Coastal Marketplace.

Negative experience: Warning to Consumers I am currently assisting with launching an investigation into H&H Signature Properties (dba Signature Properties of Coastal Georgia), Realtor Samantha Hayes, and Broker Steven Hegi through the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) for potential violations related to the mishandling of security deposits. Experiences involved improper charges, failure to handle the deposit fairly, and overall questionable business practices. Based on my interactions, I would strongly caution other tenants and property owners to carefully document everything and be aware of your legal rights under Georgia landlord–tenant law before doing business with this company. I am disappointed to have to escalate this matter to state regulators, but I believe it is necessary to protect other consumers from going through a similar situation.

Negative experience: "Don't use this real estate agency. The place you’re applying for is very expensive, and the manager too difficult to let uou pass. There are only few people working in the company, and they are not good and too much. You will waste your time and money for appreciation cost.

Positive experience: I used to rent with another company, but there was an issue where the owner was not using our rent money to pay the mortgage, so we were evicted without notice. Signature Properties was great with helping us find a home and have been great to deal with! We've been in the same residence for a couple of years now and have no complaints.

Fantastic experience: This company gave us great service as our property managers when we moved out of state. They found good renters, collected rents and provided maintenance for us for a decent rate. Much easier than doing the work ourselves. They managed the property and do all maintenance in a timely manner and stayed on budget. They were professional and honest with us at all times. They have taken care of our house for 8 years, and they fixed everything that was reported to them. When we got ready to sell, we had minimal repairs to do. :)

Fantastic experience: Friday night our HVAC stopped working and it was Memorial Day on Monday. We thought we were screwed until Tuesday morning. But we reached out and within an hour they had a HVAC company here and fixed it. Very good emergency system they have in place. Very grateful.

Negative experience: The following pictures speak louder than words. Look at the “clean”, freshly “painted”, “ready to move in” house we received. The fans had black dust accumulated. The paint job done was patchy to cover all the scratches or marks the house had from top to bottom on EVERY single wall. The house smelled of smoke and we had to fill it with odor eliminating solution for two months to get rid of it (the cigarette was in the grass in front of the house) yet, she said no one smoked in it and she couldn’t smelled it. There were dissected frogs, lizards in between doors; accumulated black dust in the open areas above the master bathroom shower, and multiple spider webs across the ceilings. The kitchen cabinets had dents, discoloration, and marks inside and outside. The light in the master shower was dimmed and the vanity lights flashing. The whole house looked and smelled dirty, and when I asked for a deep clean Mrs Linda Grooms said that it wasn’t needed because the house was what she considered “clean”. However, we turned in a much cleaner house since I washed down with buckets of water the black dust from the whole pool area doors, garage, and bathrooms. We changed all the indoor lights and left bulbs for replacements. Took off all spider webs, and deep clean the house multiple times during 11 months to keep it neat because I’m a Latina that cannot stand dirty houses. We got the carpets professionally clean, left the fan after moping the floors and whiteboards one last time a day before the move out inspection. We took off most of the house’s wall marks by scrubbing the walls clean with soap and water. And, during the move out inspection, Mrs Grooms trying to take advantage of a military man, had to kneel and put her finger down to look for dust on the whiteboard that came from a day of the fans being on because they did not even look gray as they used to when we moved in. She noted the dimmed light from the shower that did not bother if it was new and dimmed before we move into the house. And, reclaimed an existing dent in the cabinet to add it to the bill and charge it again for who know how many times as if she was trying to just keep squeezing money from my military husband. Just to name a few of the charges I told her I do not agree with. I sent her the pictures taken on January 2022 proving the cabinets were not damaged by us but, she decided to block the attachments settings so she cannot see them. I hope these are clear for everyone to take notes of how she thought this was move in ready back in January 3, 2022.

Fantastic experience: Signature Properties has been a pleasure to work with. I rented from them for the past 5 years, dealing directly with Linda Grooms. If I ever had a problem, or needed a repair, it was addressed & taken care of promptly. Ms. Linda was accommodating & understanding when it came time for me to part ways, and move to FL. I highly recommend Signature Properties & Linda Grooms to anyone who’s looking for a place to rent, or buy in southeast Georgia

Negative experience: Me and my boyfriend moved in together about 6 months ago and it was okay at first but for the past two months we have had problems.For starters they charge $10 extra to pay your bill online.They have skipped over cutting our grass twice and we have to email multiple times before they do anything and the oven had been broke for a week and we just know are having someone come look at it in a few days.Also the front door is not sealed all they way so there is a big problem I had a giant centipede crawling up my arm one day and freaked out.Save your time and money and go elsewhere

Negative experience: Me And My Boyfriend (Who Was Active In The Military At The Time) Moved In With A $750 Deposit. In The Time We Lived There, The Duplex Was Poorly Insulated In The Winter, Lizards, Scorpions, And Spiders Were Always Somewhere Inside And We Never Got Timely Help Fixing Things Around The Duplex That Weren't Even Broken Because Of Us. Our Doors And Toilets In The Home Were Already Poor Quality When We Moved In. By The Time The Lease Was Up (1 Year Later) We Paid For The Duplex To Be Cleaned, Carpet To Be Cleaned And I Got On My Hands And Knees To Clean It Just To Be TRIPLE Sure It Was Cleaned. And Out Of That $750 Deposit (For People That Never Paid Rent Late Or Had Any Issues) They Sent Us Back $4.96. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND DONT WANNA FEEL PLAYED WHEN YOU LEAVE.

Negative experience: OMG RENTERS BEWARE, should have checked the reviews before we rented from this company, make sure you take pics of the place before you move in and get on your hands and knees to check out ever little thing cause they will take ever bit of your deposit . they charged us for service calls on stuff like the a.c. we had to sit there for days with no air and then tell us we had to pay for it. They are liers and thiefs. I DON'T RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL

Negative experience: Shout out to Linda Grooms, you not only lied to our family about willingness to “work” with us during a tough time. You made the tough time even more difficult. Signature Properties of Coastal Georgia will make false promises and cannot be trusted. Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere.

Negative experience: For starters, this is NOT a good rental company. To start off, they are NOT honest. They will appear to be helpful and willing to work with you, but when it comes to them taking action they make verbal and written threats. Not only will they complain about rent being due, but they will start and Eviction process if the rent is not paid on time in a timely manner, even if you have certain circumstances that would not allow you to continue the lease agreement. I have had to “request maintenance” on several occasions and none of the requests were fulfilled in a timely manner nor were they taken seriously. To sum it up, please determine if the realtor company is worth the time and money, otherwise you end up with a company that tries to screw you over despite the circumstances.

We rented a house for 3 years, repaired items ourselves, paid on time every month, gave a 6 month move out notice, did everything they asked to move out and now they are trying to withhold our deposit and nitpicking the house apart. We constantly had issues getting licensed contractors out for repairs as they use handymen wannabes to rig up items instead of repairing them properly. I only gave them a 1 star because it won’t allow 0 stars.

Negative experience: We had ALOT of trouble buying a house from Dori. Even with an extra week beyond the standard 3 weeks to close she could not get the repairs done so they could be verified and close in time. I turned in my rental 30 day move out notice at the beginning of the month and had to scramble to live in the house she was selling. She would not respond to our realtor in a timely manner if at all. It took multiple calls from different realtors in the broker I was using to get an answer.
