Fantastic experience: No venues around seemed to speak to my son and his fiancée for the engagement party. Then I asked them specifically, what they wanted and I just knew that a place like that only existed in New York but, I tried. It was like I rubbed the lamp and was given EXACTLY what they wanted….The Summer House! It checked all of the boxes! Such an amazing venue and so versatile! There was so much room and the whole vibe is excellent! Downstairs is like a cool, New York apartment and as if the downstairs space was the ultimate in cool….guests were blown away by the rooftop. The team at Summer House, truly are The Dream Team!!! It was such a cool place! Everyone loved it! And can I just brag on The Dream Team again? They were there for me and I felt like the event was just as important to them as it was to me. They were so very kind and accommodating. They were of such tremendous help at all times and throughout the evening. They worked silently and constantly in the background and they ensured everything was perfect. They noticed that some of the guests looked warm, so they cooled the air. They noticed spilled drink or dropped food and it disappeared instantly. They noticed we had belongings and they came to us to give us “The Room of Requirement” which was secured. They changed the lighting where needed, they changed the volume of music based on what they would observe. They were perfect. Fantastic experience: With the quickly changing real estate market, I was glad that I had Chris on my side. He knows the area and was able to steer us away from a home that is known to flood. When we found a house that we liked, he gave us advice to secure it below the list price. We have been in our house 4 months now and absolutely love it and the area! Those reviews about how selfless and perfect she is as an agent fails to capture what she just pulled off for me. I insisted that she come help me find my next perfect house. Belinda made numerous trips to the Orlando area to help me find that next special place to live. After a few trips, much searching and countless discussions, Belinda just pulled off a miracle. Thanks to her negotiating skills, knowledge and personality, I just went under contract as a buyer at 9% under asking price on a house I would have paid more for. As pretty as this house is from the front, the view from my backyard on the lake is simply amazing! Belinda, thank you for being a trusted advisor, an amazing real estate agent and a true friend that I can always trust to be looking out for me. Fantastic experience: Summer House venue is the best kept secret in Fernandina Beach for any venue that you may have, I had my husband‘s railroad retirement party there end it turned out to be better than I had expected, The ambience of the roof top was so Beautiful, and the bottom level was so comfortable and big enough for the DJ and the dance floor, and the price was really reasonable, ask for Jen or Jennie, they are the best hostesses you could ask to work with!

The venue allows for flexibility with vendors , and while you can hire a DJ, it’s not necessary. The sound system can interact with your playlist (Spotify etc) and plays both indoor and outdoor. Oh , and The rooftop does not disappoint!

Negative experience: My experience with this company from day 1 was simply unprofessional. Within the first month, an open house was held at my residence with absolutely no notification prior. Within the following couple months, on multiple occasions I was required to let people in the house as the agents attempting to view it were having “issues with the lock box.” And after repeated price cuts and disagreements on the value of the house in the current market, our contract unfortunately ended months early. Simply an unprofessional experience I would like to share as I have had more experience in this warped reality which is the real estate business. My name is Jacob Carver..... 1/28/20 coming back to add a response to the Company’s respond. You all never had my house cleaned, I cleaned my house personally. And there was never an issue with people trying to view the house, the only issues which arose were the aforementioned “lock box” situations... they had absolutely nothing to do with me, considering I did not put on the lock box!! And the reason we disagreed on price is because within the first 45 days of listing the house, I was asked to lower the price for the 4th time.... which I responded with a definitive no and it actually convinced me to ask to raise the price back towards the original listing price. Thank you and good day children.

Fantastic experience: Ernest Gonzales did an excellent job and really simplified the home buying process! We met him at an open house he was hosting and really enjoyed his personality. Ernest put in the work and tailored the showings to only what we told him we wanted to see. Oh and he's a certified PGA Professional so not only can he find you a house, he may even be able to take few strokes off your golf game so what are you waiting for?
