Negative experience: I cannot recommend Blake based on my experience. The sellers requested a very aggressive 25-day closing timeline, and we worked hard to meet every deadline and keep the transaction moving forward. Throughout the process, we made accommodations when additional time and flexibility were needed on the seller’s side. What disappointed me most was the lack of follow-through and accountability when concerns arose. I was left feeling that communication became more about relaying messages than actively working toward solutions. When issues came up, responsibility was consistently pushed back onto the sellers rather than taking a more proactive role in helping bring the matter to a reasonable conclusion. As a buyer, I expected stronger professionalism, advocacy, and problem-solving throughout the transaction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. This review reflects my personal opinion and experience with the transaction.

Blake was always quick to respond to emails or texts requesting information. (This is not always the case with realtors ).
