Negative experience: I would give him zero stars if it was possible. Read the bad reviews on this page and believe them. He often says wrong person so I will attach his picture. He is greedy and not true to his word and only looks out for himself in transactions!

Negative experience: Promises you the world but once he is hired he doesn’t answer , passes you off to other “team members” and never answers. Horrible service would recommend ANYONE else

Fantastic experience: Jonathan Bock sold the house next door in 4 days and my neighbor had a lot of great things to say about him, so when it was time for me to sell my house I knew exactly who to call. We had to be some of the most unmotivated sellers that Jonathan has ever worked with but he made it happen! He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, attentive, patient, flexible, hard working, accommodating and honest. He went above & beyond for us on several occasions and was there for us every step of the way, he really took good care of us. All I can say is thank you so much Jonathan Bock for making what we thought would be a nightmare into such a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Ben and Megan this June to find a new apartment, and they were both so helpful in finding us a place! We moved to Florida a year ago and didn't even know that using a realtor to find rentals was a thing, but they did a great job in walking us through the process and letting us know what to expect. Negative experience: I had the misfortune of relocating from Colorado to south Florida and used this agency. Buying or selling your home is a very stressful experience and this was without a doubt the WORST experience I have ever had. My "Agent" Josh Grove was hardly available and left me to navigate everything on my own. Buying a home in Florida is much different and he was never available to answer any questions from "What's a homestead, to do I need flood insurance?" Many, many things went wrong during my purchase, from my agent not attending my home inspection (as an out of state buyer I counted on him to represent me as I could not attend), to arriving to my newly purchased home and finding the seller still on premises packing several hours after closing, to finally gaining access to a filthy home, it has been an absolute nightmare. The managing broker Zachary refused to do anything to help me when I contacted him with my laundry list of complaints. It's been several months and the issues just keep coming. Just this week, I had an issue with the seller and I contacted Josh for help, his response was to send me a screen capture of his commission check. There are a ton of Real Estate agencies in Florida, don't waste your time or hard earned money with this one.
