Fantastic experience: My husband and I first connected with Luis in January and from the start I had a good feeling and appreciation for how he works and conducts himself with clients (or potential ones). After that first meeting we immediately decided we felt comfortable proceeding with Luis, as this was our first time going into a homebuying process. I was impressed with his responsiveness, attention to detail, communication and overall work ethic as I know he does a lot and works with many people at a time. This never seemed to affect the quality of his work or attention to detail with anything throughout the whole process which is impressive because realtors are constantly busy. He would check in on a regular basis when there wasn't much for us to do at times as we waited and just check to see if we had any questions. Beyond that, he was very responsive via text. He got us a good deal and negotiated a nice price as well as seller credits so we left the closing table with a check instead of giving one away.
