Fantastic experience: My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Madeline to find us a new home in Superior Wisconsin. This was a Military Move for us and we had never even been to Superior or Duluth when we entered the market for a home. We stumbled across Madeline while scrolling TikTok about the housing market in the Twin Ports. We were instantly drawn to her candid approach and amazing personality. We knew we had to reach out. In no time at all, Madeline jumped on the phone with us to understand our budget and what exactly we were looking for in a home. By the end of the day we had a home search portal set up with all of our parameters and could start “liking” and “disliking” houses. Being nearly 1,500 miles away while shopping for a home is HARD. But Madeline was always quick to schedule a showing when we found something that piqued our interest. She would FaceTime walk us through the entire house and check ever nook and cranny for flaws—testing out the water pressure, alerting us of any unusual odors, etc. It felt so reassuring to have somebody in our corner as we couldn’t see the place for ourself. When we finally found ‘the one,’ Madeline helped us draft a competitive offer. We had to be strategic considering our offer was with a VA loan. Madeline helped us hone in on some ways to make our offer stand out against the crowd, and we were so happy to have that offer accepted!
