Fantastic experience: Our Manager, Gracie Gorell, has been fast to respond to all our needs as a board, and to our members who reach out to Real Manage to report issues. She is very knowledgeable with the CC&Rs and Davis Sterling act. We lean on her hard, and she performs!

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Gracie Gorell at Realmanage for over a year now and she is always competent and professional. She is one of the fastest and most organized Managers that I work with too. Her Home Owners Association Boards are super lucky to have her managing their business. Fantastic experience: Gracie has been extremely attentive to requests & calls for action at our community. She is quick to reply to emails and sees the situation through to completion, all with a delightful attitude!

Positive experience: Gracie has not worked with this HOA for very long (just a few months). She has been very helpful, knowledgeable and available during that period. We look forward to continuing to work with her.

Fantastic experience: As a construction company we are always looking to partner with local management companies to provide property maintenance services. Gracie has been an amazing company to work with at multiple HOA's throughout the Sonoma and Marin Counties. She is responsive and timely in her communication and attention to the homeowners needs. We look forward to continuing to work with Gracie and the Real Manage team for years to come.

Fantastic experience: As a homeowner in our community, I truly appreciate what Gracie does as our HOA manager. She is responsive and always handles questions or concerns with patience and professionalism. It's clear that she genuinely cares about our neighborhood.

Negative experience: Danielle is an absolute angel. Her correspondence with me was timely, thorough, and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was knowledgeable and aware of some rules and regulations in question. She more than answered the questions I had with accurate, extremely detailed information and gave multiple solutions to them as well. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but also extremely personable and genuine with her demeanor. Thank you Danielle for your help multiple times in the past several years. *** Edit: I do not wish to delete this review as Danielle earned them 5 stars. After she left however, I have had nothing but issues with the associates I’ve dealt with since. For that I removed 3 stars. Having one good employee unfortunately does not justify 5 stars any longer. Hope this changes with time.

Negative experience: tried calling the emergency number and was met by passive hostility and refusal to hear about an unattended open flame. This is why units keep burning down around here and I am no longer giving the common courtesy to report them. Will just take my chances whichever the wind blows on this or home burglary. I didn't see anything.

Negative experience: RealManage is quite possibly the worst management company ever. They don't have an option to pay HOA fees automatically on the 1st of the month (when they are due). The options are the 2nd day of the month or the 5th day of the month. Because of this you will be charged a late fee and if you have a question it takes customer service 2 weeks to respond. Stay far away from this horrible company!

Negative experience: Do not use RealManage! Our HOA transitioned to RealManage and they charged me a late fee for HOA dues even though I signed up for autopay immediately. I emailed them about this issue and it took them over a week to respond. Horrible customer service do not use this company.

Negative experience: RealManage is not a reliable management company. It takes months for things to get resolved – I had a water leak issue from a neighbor that the HOA was supposed to cover that they had me cover out of pocket and they still haven't paid me 8 months later. My HOA ended up switching management companies from them and they promised to resolve it before the switch but didn't, and now I have to explain the whole issue from last year again to the new management company.

Negative experience: Awful awful company got us locked in litigation by bringing us a construction company who had bad BBB reviews before they were hired placed a mechanics lien on our property and cause us not to be able to sell for 5 years!

Fantastic experience: I have worked with several managers on many of RealManage's properties in Northern California. I have found them to be very professional and advocates for their communities.

Negative experience: In my opinion, RealManage is a lousy HOA management company. I encourage you to check Yelp and read through the comments before you make any decisions. In my experience, they are not sincere and professional with the communities I’ve lived in and they seem to recommend contractors that do sub-standard work. Its been nothing but disingenuous, frustrating, and disappointing. The picture serves as an example of a recommended contractor of RealManage. We haven’t heard from either of them in weeks and no sign of resolution in over a month and counting. It feels like a scam. My dues are not cheap either. I would recommend my Board switch to a more reliable management group.

Negative experience: Unresponsive, rude, cheap... A scam HOA run by scummy individuals.

Negative experience: I do not recommend RealManage. My experience has not been good. We would like to see them take ownership of our problem, approach it with a sense of urgency, and provide timely resolution. For now I feel this is not happening.

Negative experience: Roof is leaking damaging my condo and no one will help

Fantastic experience: I had a listing for a co-op in Sausalito. I have tell you that if it wasn't for Natascha Hoover the deal would not have gotten done. She was instrumental in being the liaison between me and the board moving the transaction forward. Absolutely invaluable in helping me close the transaction. I give her 5 stars and hopefully she will be the property manager for other HOA's I work with!

Negative experience: Working with Natascha Hoover at Real Manage has been one of the worst experiences ever. She is totally unresponsive, and unreachable. If you have any type of question about an HOA, she will not give you an answer but instead direct you to purchase the documents on RealManage's website. I deal with a lot of HOA's in Marin County, CA and can honestly say, the Novato office of Real Manage is by far the worst I have every dealt with. Even the owners of the HOA can't reach her. Totally unacceptable.

Negative experience: Fired 'em.

Fantastic experience: Angela has been my go to person for many different types of garage door projects. She is hands down one of my favorite people to work with and is always willing to go the extra mile for the homeowners and vendors she works with.

Fantastic experience: My HOA has only been with RealManage since May 2018. During that period, we've had 3 community managers. The first person was not a good fit for our HOA board. The second person relocated out of state. Now we have Angela. Her willingness to work with the board, her quick responses to our questions and concerns are wonderful. Being a Community Manager is not an easy job. Angela always has a positive attitude and never makes us feel like we are intruding on her time. I look forward to a long relationship working with Angela

Fantastic experience: Danielle Schasse at Real Manage helped facilitate a project for us recently that had been somewhat stalled; she was gracious, helped the client get their needs met, and helped us get the job done! I'd prioritize a request coming from Real Manage knowing how competently Danielle handled this one.

Fantastic experience: We have worked with Danielle Schasse, at Real Manage for some time now . She has always been professional and easy to communicate with. Never have we had an issue resolving a request or problem. I wish all my professional relationships went as smoothly as is does with Danielle at Real Manage!

Negative experience: This company is unprofessional!!! Try calling and you get no answers, no email follow up; no returned calls or responses. The call center in Dallas today James stated there is no call escalation plan was unable to provide me with any manager’s or leader’s contact information. We’ve called now for 2 months about a hot water heater that is out of order, Danielle and Shelly have been rude and antagonistic. They are non responsive and refuse to provide vendor information or other problem solving solutions. Property owners beware. Unprofessional and inattentive.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Staff! Everyone who works here is excellent at the Customer Services they provide. I’ve found them all to be great resources.

Positive experience: Our HOA has been working with RealManage for quite some time. While our property managers have changed, one thing I'm glad that hasn't is getting a chance to work with Aletha Ruiz. Ms. Ruiz is on top of whatever the HOA may ask of her. So thankful to have her on part of our HOA team.

Fantastic experience: I've been an owner at the Meadows of Terra Linda since 1978 so I've been working with RealManage since they came on board as the HOA's property management group. Aletha Ruiz has been my contact person at RealManage for a long time. So long, I'm not sure just how long. But I am totally sure that Aletha has provided first rate service to me when I've requested her help. She's been responsive, knowledgeable, hugely helpful and always professional in her interactions with me. I'm very grateful for all of her help over the years she's been providing support to The Meadows. I congratulate RealManage on hiring someone so capable, courteous and kind. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: I have been in touch with Aletha Ruiz a number of times over various issues relating to The Meadows of TL and she is always prompt and courteous. It is a pleasure doing business with her. :-)

Negative experience: Hefty charges, poor service, inexperienced managers, unresponsive to homeowners. Do not use this company. The only thing they are good at is charging large sums to your association. The name is changed to Grand Manors. Don't be fooled. It is still the same inept company operating out of Texas. Real Manage is the parent company.

Fantastic experience: Jessica Guerrero is such a pleasure to work with. It's nice to hear a happy voice!

Negative experience: This real estate management company is not trustworthy and does not operate with integrity. RealManage goals are not in alignment with their customer goals. Thus, we are assigned a new manager every year and a half and each one burnishes their resume preparing for their next contract at our expense. I cannot recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: Real Manage has been the property manager for the Seminary Cove Homeowners Association for many years now. They are very professional, invaluable partners. Suzette Beck has been assigned to us for several years and we value her advice and counsel. We could not be happier with them.

Fantastic experience: A community association management company is only as good as its employees, and the community association managers are the front line, and as such their roles are of paramount importance. Thankfully RealManage has stars like Shelly O'Sullivan. Shelly took over management of our community in February 2017. She got herself up to speed remarkably quickly, and she managed our HOA flawlessly and with a sense of humor all year. Thank you Shelly for your excellent work! And thank you RealManage for hiring terrific people like Shelly!

Positive experience: I manage many units within HOA's and have been very frustrated with all the hoops that one has to go through to actually speak to someone live. Since shelly O'sullivan has been helping me, I have personal service and she pays attention to my needs and the needs of my clients. Rather than putting me through their formal procedure, she goes the extra mile to accommodate me as professionally and efficiently as possible.

Fantastic experience: Real Manage and Shelly O’Sullivan has been excellent partners for our Casa Marin town house complex of 106 units. Shelly is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, very respectful and still a lot of fun to work with. I don’t know how he manages to navigate in between so many different personalities, interests and agendas and keeps everyone smiling but she does! She is a magician in that regards! We are very happy to have her and hope that she stays until she decides to retire!

Fantastic experience: As with most businesses, the individual you come in contact with when you need help will dictate the quality of the experience you have. I am new to Meadowcreek and its HOA and so, have had lots of questions. Aletha Ruiz has been the person who has helped me each time and I truly can not speak highly enough for the level of service she provides. She is knowledgeable, professional and very patient. Real Manage is very fortunate to be represented by Aletha and I am most grateful to have her to turn to when I need information. Brava Aletha!

Fantastic experience: I am the Treasurer of my HOA and so greatly rely on the property manager's financial tools. I have owned and been HOA Treasurer at 3 different condos and have worked with many management companies. RealManage's online management and financial reporting tools are by far the best that I have seen. With the RealManage's tools I can check the daily status of our cash position or Accounts Receivable. I also have daily access to the General Ledger. I do not have to wait for a paper report that is a month old when I receive it. This is a very capable system that will be much appreciated by every competent HOA Treasurer.

From neighborhood interface, tracking invoicing, HR/employee daily correspondence, legal issues and helping with our Community water Company RM has kept it in line. Positive experience: My experience with RealManage is with the La Honda Guild a wonderful little hamlet nestled in the coastal hills between Woodside to the east and San Gregorio to the west. RealManage took over the management of our HOA in 2011 and I became involved with the Board in 2016. Vicki Lynch is our rep, and has been my anchor, my go to person, guiding me and being there when I just didn't know what to do next. I'm getting more seasoned now, but thanks to her, I made it thru the first year!

Negative experience: Beware!!! I'm surprised this company has not been sued yet. Best to stop by their office rather than deal with their call center. They do not like to send out bills until after they are due. Seems like an illegal way to obtain Late fees.
