Negative experience: Randy has "cold called" me 3 or 4 times, once leaving a message stating he thought I had a probate home to sell. After 2 or 3 more calls I finally took the call (on a Saturday) to tell him to leave me alone. When I told him that I was on the National Do Not Call list he told me he does not pay attention to that list because people are "excited" to get his probate assistance. Sorry not professional!

Negative experience: I suggest everyone feeling harassed to start contacting the Re/Max home office as well as the board of realtors to complain about this behavior. I do not think Randy understands even if he will say the right thing about apologizing and taking you off the list like the other one star reviews, his communication strikes me as someone that only sees a potential transaction. For many of us this is not social behavior. Also see his Yelp reviews, (multiple listings in different areas) clearly this is not the first time. By the way, I suspect there's a chance he will not actually respect our wishes and will attempt different forms of contact, I will be reporting here should this happen.

Negative experience: WORST OF THE WORST. Randy cold-called me, demanding personal information about a property (which wasn't and isn't for sale) and demanded to know when he could bring people to see it (NEVER). Rude. Intimidating. Insulting. Demanding. Unprofessional creep. Absolutely not recommended. He subsequently called our child about the property, again demanding info, which freaked out our child. Completely inappropriate. Super creepy. Randy contacted me asking for my phone #. Uh, no - let me add to my review - you are loud, obnoxious, unprofessional and --don't call people's kid and harass them like you did to mine. You are the worst of the worst. And it looks like you're still intimidating and threatening people.

Fantastic experience: After my house sat cold on the market from October through mid-December, I decided to take my house off the market. Randy reached out to me shortly thereafter. He suggested he would bring in multiple offers within the first couple of weeks, and he did!!! Randy did an amazing job communicating after each potential buyer viewed my home. He connected immediately with each Buyer's Agent and sent me a follow-up text message, detailing the Buyer's reaction to the property. He was very prompt, thorough and moved quickly. I told Randy that I chose him to respresent me, because those that hired him before me, gave him 5 stars. Those that did not, had yet to work with him and they were intimidated by him cold-calling them. As a salesperson, I know that cold-calling is often vital to growing your business. If you want to sell your house timely, you'll need a represetative who isn't afraid to ask for the sale...again and again. You may not always get what you deserve in life...but you might get what you ask for! Hire someone not afraid to ask for the sale! Bravo, Randy! You did it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️SOLD⭐️⭐️⭐️ You're a Rock Star! Fantastic experience: Randy was a tremendous asset to my family in selling a property in Mill Valley. He found us when we were listing For Sale By Owner and had a great sales pitch. He delivered multiple offers and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to best market our "fixer upper" property. My only critique is he would often answer my questions with other questions, which is a pet peeve of mine. But getting well over asking price on a distressed property was worth that minor annoyance. Fantastic experience: Randy cold called me when I tried to FSBO my condo, along with many other agents. He told me he would have multiple offers for me within 10 days or I could fire him. I gave him the chance and he delivered exactly as he promised. Randy and his team made the whole (complicated) process a lot smoother than I hoped. From arranging showings to qualifying buyers, Randy showed me what a professional real estate agent is all about and provided savy advice while showing a lot of patience and explaining each and every part of the process. I had no idea how much work is entailed in juggling multiple showings and offers and making sure buyers are qualified and able to close escrow. I would recommend Randy without hesitation.

Negative experience: Keeps harassing me to list with him even though I’ve told him several times that I’m not interested and that I have a close friend who’s a realtor that I would be listing with if I chose to list my house with a realtor. I find it unethical and vulture like behavior .
