Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with the whole team at Realty Professionals of Florida from Harvey and Yalonda to Trista and especially Christy who was my main contact. All dealt with me professionally and made me feel like a valued tenant. Anytime I called with a question it was addressed immediately. They honored all of the terms of the lease I signed, and even let me stay for 1 extra month to accommodate my retirement. I wish all management companies treated their tenants like this. I was so sorry to leave! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional team to work with!

Negative experience: TL;DR: I would not recommend Realty Professionals to anyone, and I especially would not recommend renting the property they managed for us on Pine Needle in Mascotte, FL. Full Review: While Realty Professionals was generally easy to communicate with, we experienced numerous problems during our lease. When we moved in, the house was filthy, with dead bugs everywhere, so we had to do a deep clean before bringing in our belongings. The refrigerator was completely broken on move-in day, and the air conditioning was also not functioning properly. Because it took them so long to replace the AC, the house stayed in the 80s for nearly the entire summer. There were also ongoing issues with the water account. The owner did not completed the paperwork to transfer the account into our name, so it had to remain under the owner’s name for many months. Realty Professionals added the water charges to our rent but refused to show us the actual bills so we could verify the amounts. On multiple occasions, the city even shut off our water because the owner failed to pay the bill on time. When we moved out, they charged us $160 to replace two paper blinds, claiming they were stained. These blinds were already stained when we moved in, but we did not think to take pictures, since that detail was lost in the overall disarray of the property. When we requested receipts for the replacement cost, Realty Professionals refused to provide them. Whenever I raised these issues, the company typically just blamed the property owner. While many problems may indeed stem from the owner, Realty Professionals chose to represent this owner and therefore bears responsibility for these issues. For that reason, I cannot recommend Realty Professionals as a company, and I strongly caution against renting the property we leased in on Pine Needle in Mascotte, FL.

Positive experience: Fall of 2022 I found out we were moving to FL for my work. I have a family of 4 and a dog. We knew we wanted to rent foe the first year to get familiarized with the area before purchasing a home. I was super nervous because I had been a homeowner for several years prior to this, so I was unsure about renting. I found a home for rent that was managed by Realty Professionals. The realtor was super helpful, she met one of my new coworkers at the house to show it to me on video and again so I could see it in person. They were willing to hold it for me until we moved down at the end of December. We lived there for a yr and 3 months, they allowed month to month for 3 months while our new home was finished being built. Christy in the office was always such a pleasure to work with. They were very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: When I moved to Florida a year ago it was a struggle to find a professional management company to secure a rental property. After numerous in person contacts and emails with other companies, I finally came across Realty Professionals of Florida. The person who reached out was not just an employee but an actual licensed real-estate agent. And even though I was looking to rent, not buy, the agent walked me through the process of reviewing available homes to securing my current residence. I am currently a client of RPF and my experience has been the level of professionalism I would expect. Communication and response have been above board and the requirements for rental is not outside of comparable requirements. I would highly recommend this team to meet any real-estate needs you may have.

Negative experience: Just a nightmare dealing with this company. We were owners. They are NOT trustworthy. I could go on and on.

Fantastic experience: I have been a tenant of Realty Professionals for two years and I have had no complaints about this company. We always get a notice three months before renewal and anytime anything needs to be repaired they are on it. Our home is very nice (entire home recently renovated with everything new), in a nice and quiet area, and we have nice neighbors. I highly recommend this company.

Negative experience: I would be very scared to do business with this company at all. They first told me they would reach out to me 60days before the lease was up to see if i wanted to renew when i signed the contract. What they fail to tell you and they hide it in the contract (doesn't clearly state) that if you want out of the house you have to certify mail them a letter notifying them that you do not want to renew. I tried to email numerous time and they wouldn't take it. They never informed me when to turn off the utilities (I got a call from the electric company asking if i wanted to cancel the utilities). They then try to charge me $113.75 in repairs when yet there was no way possible damages from a "BB gun" when i do not even own a BB gun and I even repaired damages that where done from previous tenants. I would mark down every little piece of damage to the house that was done. Also, they do not care how much you take care of the property. I spent 100s of dollars repairing the sprinkler system, yard and the house for them to not even care and turn around to try to charge me for damages done from previous tenants. Lastly, if you need a repair done to the house they will try and charge you $75 for any service call. So be worry on what you do. I will never use this realtor company again.

Fantastic experience: Tess is very professional, will keep in great contact with you. She sold our house in less than 3 months. She posts quality pictures of your home and carefully chooses wording to be unique to your home.

Negative experience: The worst company for rent, no fast service, and we rent a company to clean the house when we left, they lie to us saying they clean the house for $500, and $300 for outside, just to take our deposit, there wasn't anything in the house we gave it better than we took it, because we keep fixing it from our money, because they don't fix anything, it was old house, Even though they took all the deposits. Don't, don't, ever even think of working with them the worst I ever deal with..

Fantastic experience: Julie helped me find my first house. I sold a house left to me by my father, and she did an excellent job helping with that as well. We looked at several houses but nothing really stuck out for awhile. We kept communication up on what I wanted and what was available in my price range. She went above and beyond to help me find the home of my dreams! I am so thankful to her, and her encouragement that we would find the perfect home for me. I recromend her to anyone looking for a home, or trying to sell one as well.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing negative to say about Realty professionals of Florida. We bought our 1st house 2 years ago it was a small transition. There was one hiccup along the way and it had nothing to do with our real estate agent. And even then he was quick to pick it up and move forward and we found our 1st home with in days. We closed with in 30 days and it was easy and smooth no problems. Our real estate agent Frank Ranfone is not only professional, he is kind and just a wonderful person to work with. He listens to what you want in a home and understands and does not try to push you it to a home you cannot afford. We recommended him to my In laws. He was patient, kind and found them a home that they loved. I highly recommend this company.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience with the company's realtor broker Harvey Rosenburg. I spoke with him about a property that was listed and during our conversation I couldn't get over the fact of how rude he was, and very condescending. To be a company who calls themselves "Realty Profesionals" and in sales that deals with customers on a daily basis asking simple questions... they might want to reserve the professional part.

Negative experience: Never rent from this company ! STAY AWAY ! They charged me for cleaning service after I moved when I clean the home my self, it was a lie because the next day the new tenants was moving in. They will use excuse we hired a cleaning crew . SMH . Never fix things and the house he rent out are falling apart . Took them 2 weeks to get a dishwasher which was brought down the street from my house and the day that I called to see what was going on . SMH horrible people . I don't know how they STAY in business.

Negative experience: Horrible. I was ignored during the house selling process and told I had to leave immediately after the sale. When I spoke to the buyers after they said they would have happily rented the home to us while we searched. They were not going to move in for a few months. I was so mad at Harvey I refused to use the lawyer that recommended him. There are to many good realtors out there. Find another.

Positive experience: I want to give praise where it is due to the people of Exit Realty Professionals Elite. While I was a tenant in one of their rentals, they were consummate professionals (especially Trista and Lavonte!) and when my husband and I relocated and bought our current home, the process of breaking our lease was seamless and there were no unnecessary or incessant fees that accumulated- we really appreciated that. I did receive a Collections notice in the mail (10 months after moving) and it was resolved within MINUTES by Yalonda. The only reason I did not give all 5 stars is because the people who answer the phone could use a lesson in customer service, but that does not take away from my great experience with both of the Rosenberg's this morning. Thank you and even though I've moved away, I will always refer tenants to your properties!

Negative experience: Renters beware !!! Worse of its kind people to deal and do business with. I rented a place from them for three years. They never bother to maintain the place or respond to repair request via phone or fax as they requested. The a/c and refrigerator went out in the middle of the summer , I lost all my groceries and food because it took them days to send someone to fix them. Then they slapped me with $75.00fee for each occasion. When I moved out they kept my deposit charging me for clean up, carpet clean up, excessive wear. When I moved in the place was not cleaned, the toilet and tub were dirty black, trash all over. They only gave a $100.00 credit for it , but at my moving out they took my whole deposit.knowing that I scrubbed and cleaned the place when I moved out. I only put up with this because I did not want to tranfer my daughter to another school.

Negative experience: EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. RENTER BEWARE!!! THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING IN THE HOME WITHOUT AN UP FRONT UP TO 75 DOLLAR FEE (DEPENDING ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND THE COST). IF YOUR AIR GOES OUT. THEY WILL LET YOU SIT IN THE 90 DEGREE PLUS HEAT WITHOUT FIXING IT. (UNTIL THE LANDLORD DECIDES TO FIX IT). THE OWNER LET MY 5MONTH OLD DAUGHTER SWEAT IN HER CRIB EVERY NIGHT FROM JULY 1ST TO NOVEMBER WHEN THEY REPLACED THE AC FINALLY. (THE AC HAD 11 HOLES IN THE COIL). THE HOUSE WAS DISGUSTING WHEN WE MOVED IN. IT TOOK 4 MONTHS TO VACCUME OUT THE DOG HAIR FROM THE PREVIOUS PERSON. WORST GROUP OF INCOMPITENT FOOLS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY MANY YEARS OF RENTING. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. PROTECT YOUR FAMILY.
