We truly feel like we saw almost every house on the market , and she was always so accommodating with our schedules and making time for us to view homes. She never made us feel rushed or pressured and was always there to guide us through the process. She was also amazing at working with us and our FHA loan, helping us navigate the process and making sure we understood everything along the way. Fantastic experience: LORD SENT HER DIRECTLY TO ME! We ironically have the same bday so it made sense from the jump. My colleague referred her to me and she started with business and finished with business. She is the best at her firm and has accolades to show for it. She listens and even gave tough love for the things I didn’t need that will hinder my process. She was on me making sure I did everything within a timely fashion. She was warm and soft and comfortable, yet firm especially during this time because I am a new homebuyer. She explained things when I had questions, she answered my phone calls even called me back if she didn’t answer. She even did check in calls during quiet times throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Tanesha Pratt at Coldwell Banker by a mutual friend, and she delivered an outstanding, highly professional experience. I live in Maryland, and Tanesha managed my out-of-state ((Indiana) investment property sale seamlessly. We met once for a pre-walkthrough before the tenant moved out. She handled the final walkthrough, provided video documentation, collected the keys, and changed the locks. She quickly recognized the home needed significant work and marketed it appropriately. The property was on the market for only 31 days. Tanesha was proactive in protecting the home during cold weather by ensuring the heat was on and the water was dripping to prevent freezing. Her communication was excellent—she used text reminders when timely email responses were needed. She also coordinated a mobile notary to come to my home in Maryland for closing. After the initial meeting, everything was handled remotely using technology. Tanesha made what is normally a stressful out-of-state real estate transaction smooth and efficient. Fantastic experience: Tanesha is a great realtor. She is so compassionate about what she does. She is not my realtor and she still has the heart to advise because she wants you to get a perfect fit. I don’t know anyone these days who will help someone without wanting absolutely nothing. My biggest regret is that I didn’t get Tanesha as my realtor before my contract.
