Negative experience: Tyler Burlison presented himself as a realtor who knew what it takes to successfully sell a property, and in the beginning, he said all the right things to gain my trust as a client. The process started off fine, but as the transaction moved into the middle and final stages, communications became inconsistent. Several important details were not shared with me until the very last minute, which created unnecessary stress and pressure to get things done quickly. As a realtor, the goal should be to make the selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience working with Tyler as a real estate broker. Communication was inconsistent and often delayed, which made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. Important details were overlooked, and I did not feel that my best interests were being represented. I expected a higher level of professionalism, responsiveness, and guidance during such an important transaction. Unfortunately, this was not delivered. I would not recommend Tyler to others based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: It took 343 days, 3 relators, 50+ showings, 2 builders, and 5 offers for my husband and I to buy our home. Tyler was introduced to my husband and I when we were at the very end of our rope trying to buy a home during the horrendous 2021-2022 housing market. By the time Tyler entered our house hunting journey my husband and I were all but defeated and ready to overpay for a new build that would have taken over a year to build.
