I knew we had a great team of realtors when Jana called me at 9pm one night – on her own personal time—to share the good news that our offer was accepted. I recommend them to any homebuyer, but especially if you’re a veteran. We are so grateful for the work they put in –they went over and above to work for us and help close on our home. I know that we could go to them with questions any time, and they’d answer honestly and quickly. We are so thrilled to be here, and they are a special part of this new chapter in our lives. Fantastic experience: When we had decided to sell our yelm home I did extensive digging for a good team to help us sell after being duped into buying a home we thought was move in ready and having to completely renovate our home. When I came across Jana and Alan I had no doubts they were who we needed! We had a very long sales process, with many hard negotiations and more than a fair share of crazy offers and buyers backing out, but the one constant was Jana! She always walked us through any decisions or details we were unsure of, we moved out of state before our home was sold and she even watered my plants and aired out our home. They promoted and advertised our home so much I'm sure they got sick of looking at it. Jana never once doubted our home would sell and kept our spirits up even when we began to get discouraged with low offers in a very rough market. Jana was able to communicate with both of us and help us communicate with each other. We also faced up some big obstacles during the sale. I was able to sell my house in roughly 6 months, which was incredible to me because the house needed work.
