Fantastic experience: I live here as well, this is a very nice place to live. See a lot of people walking there dogs. There are some elderly people here as well. The only pet pev I have is when people walk there dogs and they don't pick up after them. Half the time I have to watch where I'm walking when I'm walking my dog. I think people who live here need to get a email about picking up after your dog.

Negative experience: Fairly terrible place to live, people coming and going at all hours. They have been doing heavy construction for two months now, with zero care for the residents affected by it. They are all smiles and cheerful on the outside, but the place is very poorly managed with zero care to the folks living in their properties. They don't even have facilities to accommodate the number of people living here. Parking is atrocious, and vehicle break ins are common. They have non functioning security cameras and wont replace them, the gates are commonly broken and left open, tiny pool and a workout room with maybe 5 pieces of equipment for the 100's living here. If you measure you apartment, it is nowhere near the advertised size, they measure from the outer walls. There isn't enough mail space, which they acknowledge but will not do anything about. Roofs were leaking in many apartments, the fix has been tarps on the roofs for >4 months now.

Positive experience: I’m a service member and I’ve lived here for four years and I’m going to give an in-depth review for anyone interested in renting here. Pros -walking distance to restaurants and convenient store -walking distance to a Christian church and a Buddhist temple -well kept grounds-keeping with cherry blossoms -quiet complex with mostly old folks -nice dog park with plenty of trees for shade -nice community pool and hot tub -close to schools and JBLM -good management -nice office where free coffee is offered -apartments are nice, especially top floors and corner apartments Cons -subpar gym -subpar park -had a broken fireplace that the landlord refused to replace because it wasn’t “legally necessary for heating” -when our fridge broke the landlord had maintenance take an outdated fridge from an unused apartment and used that to replace the modern fridge -area is rapidly developing and leaving the main entrance in the morning can be a huge headache -large construction project happening outside of the complex, which will ruin the view for some apartments -Front and back gates regularly broken or need maintenance -claims to be a “gated community” but there’s no code for the front gate door, anyone can just walk in which has caused approximately 9 car break-ins since 2021 I’m aware some of the cons I’ve listed can’t be controlled by the complex, however they should be mentioned anyway to a potential tenant. This place has so much potential. The management team are obviously trying their best but the landlord gives them nothing to work with and has very obviously been cutting corners. When I left the gates were broken, there was a huge black tarp on one of the buildings that had been there for a year or so and the flowers were wilting. A sad last impression on an otherwise nice stay.

Fantastic experience: This place is outstanding! The units are appropriately sized and located within a rock throw of almost anything you could need. My wife and I are very comfortable here. Great neighbors, it's surprisingly quiet. The dog runs are nice and usually well maintained. Both of the property managers and the maintenance crew are cheerful and industrious. I can personally vouch for the emergency maintenance hotline. They were in my apartment in less than 10 minutes from the time of my call. This place is an excellent place to live. Specifically if you are newly PCSing here. There are quite a few military families here on premise.

Fantastic experience: This has gotta be one of the best apartments in the area! Lived here for an almost a year and a half and I can’t say enough good things about it. The high ceilings and open floor plans makes it feel super big, and the square footage you get for the price is incredible. Management is friendly and responsive, maintenance is prompt and reliable, and parking is rarely an issue. It’s easy access to the highway, and right up the road from grocery stores and restaurants. I’ve loved living here and highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Abaigael was so helpful from day one, I definitely recommend this complex to anyone and everyone. Abaiagel was very flexible with us when we moved in, and very responsive to our numerous questions. All of our neighbors have been pleasant and quiet but the unit itself is very sound proof that we often can't hear each other if we're in different rooms. Despite there only being one assigned carport spot, and limited free parking spots, parking is never an issue and we are always able to find a spot near our unit. We have also never smelt a weed or tobacco smell as the complex is a smoke free community and mostly military. Maintenance is also very responsive and responded to our requests very quickly when we moved in. In addition to this, it is a gated community so we have never witnessed or experienced theft, and the neighborhood overall feels very safe.

Fantastic experience: Abbey Rowe is a fantastic place to live, people are very welcoming, and the front office managers work hard to ensure that everyone is safe and I would highly recommend these apartments for families to live.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently moved to Washington from Oahu and we were in search of an apartment close to JBLM. One of my friends from high school recommended Abbey Rowe. The staff were very helpful in our process of moving in and were very welcoming! 2 weeks living here and we needed some maintenance help and they were very quick to help fix things in our apartment! love how it’s pretty quiet here and experienced no issues! Very happy we chose this apartment!

Fantastic experience: I moved into Abbey Rowe apartments yesterday and had such a great experience. I have lived in many other apartments and this was the easiest move-in process I’ve had. The apartment was very clean, the grounds are well maintained, and the complex is very well lit at night. The biggest thing I noticed was how friendly and helpful the staff is. They remember who you are and respond to any maintenance issues quickly. So happy I found this place!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just moved here from Hawaii and were in need of a place. Although we didn’t have jobs yet, we have enough savings to last us a year and the leasing agent Lauryn was able to quickly get us the unit we wanted right away. Maintenance also came to fix a few things fairly quickly and put in new orders to replace cabinets and to install a new screen for the window in the master bedroom. All in all, we are very happy to be living here!

Fantastic experience: Came down to view an apartment, but was not prepared for the amount of help I’d receive working with Abigail! She went above and beyond to ensure that I could qualify and when I didn’t she took out her personal time to show me what was in my way and how to best resolve it. Thanks again for all of the life advice, really has set me on a great path!

Fantastic experience: Super luxurious units with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend for families and pet lovers. The dog parks and room sizes alone are worth the price.

Negative experience: I lived here for three years. The first two years were wonderful. We only had issues when management switched over the last year. It was affordable then they stopped supporting the RPP program for the military then rent went up by $500. And the current management are helpful but to get anything done it takes a lot time because they staff doesn't have the years of experience or training that the other staff had. The community is good as well as the amenities. But the gym has outdates broken equipment and I remember two vehicles being broken into in one week. Even with the cameras and coded gate. Maintenance team never let us down and always made qick fixes with any problem that came up. I would not recommend this place for any military personnel since they stopped the RPP program unless they are willing to pay out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: I called Abbey Rowe apartments home for only one year and have absolutely no complaints! Abbey Rowe is a very nice and quiet gated community that is well maintained and kept up with. The staff members were always very friendly and helpful with any of my needs. If we had any maintenance issues it was always fixed within a timely manner. I can’t thank the staff members enough for all of the support that I got from them. Abbey Rowe has many amenities that you can use on site: Car Wash Indoor Gym Pool Hot Tub Dog Park Playground Abbey Rowe is in a very convenient location and not too far from grocery stores in the Lacey/Olympia community. Fantastic experience: I lived here for 3 years and it was a wonderful experience. It was always quiet and peaceful and the staff was amazing. These are the kind of people you want to keep in touch with even after you move out.

Fantastic experience: Abbey Rowe was home for me for the past 2 years. The staff Kathleen and Raylean were the icing on the cake. They provided such a welcoming spirit and made my life so much easier when it came to living situation. The maintenance staff was fantastic when it came to services never a long wait. Fantastic experience: Lived here for a year. This is a safe, clean, quiet complex. The staff was friendly and move out was a breeze. I left the unit in good condition and they didn't hit me with any bogus charges - honest and friendly management. Just be aware the units are a little older, so don't expect upgrades. Large bedrooms and large closets. The only bummer was the local mushroom farm... if the wind is blowing the wrong way, it can smell like manure... strongly. I left the area due to relocation, but I would have renewed if I stayed in Olympia. Overall, I recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff is comprised of amazing people who are genuine and real. Very understanding and willing to work with you and the property is very well kept and clean. The homes are also well kept and cozy. I highly recommend these apartments.

Negative experience: I have heard so many wonderful things about Abbey Rowe. My husband and I will be moving to Washington next month. I unfortunately have called multiple times this week and have been sent to the answering machine. It doesn’t give such a great first impression for a future resident if I can’t even schedule a tour date.

Fantastic experience: This apartment complex was well suited for my needs. They have everything you need for your family there. Close to stores and the military post if you going there. Most of all Kathi and Raylean were amazing. They treated me like family opposed to just a resident. Sorry I had to go and would definitely rent from this place again.

Fantastic experience: This apartment community was a great place from the moment we had our walk through to the last day staying there! The two ladies that work in the office are just full of energy and outstanding customer service! When we would have issues with anything at our apt, the handymen where always there to take care of anything! They are wonderful as well, very friendly! From the pool, to the “park” they have in the back, I’ve always felt welcome. I highly recommend being part of this community to anyone looking to stay!

Fantastic experience: Having lived in 9 apartments in 5 states over the past 12 years due to work transfers, my experience at Abbey Rowe Apartments was one of the best. Pros: Good building materials, barely ever heard the neighbors Quick attention to repair requests Pleasant, professional administrative and maintenance staff Fast responses to email and phone inquiries Centrally located mailboxes with easy access Great location for those of us who commute using I-5 Non-smoking buildings (new concept to me after living elsewhere) Reasonable rent costs compared to other complexes in the area Cons: Not all residents will pick up after their dogs - feces EVERYWHERE everyday despite how much maintenance attempts to clean up after those who are inconsiderate of others Package retrieval only available during office hours (maybe consider self-service management system like Parcel Pending?) I would like to give a special shout-out to Kathleen Ingros, one of the administrative staff at their office. Consistently pleasant, excellent memory and follows through with requests quickly. I haven't had interactions with staff at other complexes that remotely compare to the customer service and service recovery skills that she has. If you are interested in living here, ask for Kathi.

Fantastic experience: We loved our stay here! Cathy and Raylene in the front office are so sweet and helpful. They made moving in so easy and stress free. Very quick maintenance responses. You can always find parking. Premises are very well maintained. Community is very friendly, we never had any issues with anyone. Would highly recommend living here!

Fantastic experience: So I've been living here for about a year now, I'm stationed at jblm which is quite a commute but... .it has been worth it. The ladies up front are as sweet as can be and have been for every situation. I've had amazing neighbors and new ones that weren't very understanding but no matter what the ladies always helped me to their fullest and backed me up when things got a little hard. I highly recommend this place to alot of the new airman on base. This place goes through the RPP program at the HSO so its great for new airman. My contract is up in June but I am extending it for another year just because its home to me and they never make it feel like anything less. Stop in grab some coffee and chat with the charming ladies up front, you'll see first hand why this place Is so great!

Fantastic experience: This was mine and my husbands first home together, and it was the most welcoming community! Very clean, and very nice! If you need help with anything they’re always there! Everyone is so personal, it makes you feel so welcome coming in and out of the gates! We lived there for almost 2 years before we had to PCS, and if we had the chance to go back we totally will!

Fantastic experience: My family & I lived at Abbey Rowe for 3 years and we LOVED it. The ladies that work in the front office are so sweet and the maintence guys are both helpful & so friendly. They go above and beyond for you. It’s also located in a great area, close to everything (stores, the base, restaurants, etc.) 10/10 recommend!

Positive experience: Ultris Abbey Rowe is an excellent choice to consider when apartment hunting. Their office staff and maintenance workers are genuinely friendly and professional. The complex is quiet and clean. The units are well designed, with an open layout, great storage, and a home-like feel. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Fantastic experience: Probably the absolute best apartment complex you could ever dream of renting from. The leading agent, Raylean whats-her-face is absolutely amazing. I am always gone for work, but if I ever think of something that I may have forgotten to do before my trip, I can always get ahold of her and she always comes through. Absolute MVP. The apartments are great, and anytime I find something that needs fixed, Raylean is always there to get the maintenance crew to work harder than they already do. If you're looking for great apartments, close to JBLM, and want it as hassle free as possible, this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: For an apartment complex, I'd give this place 5 out of 5 stars. Let me start by saying, rent is expensive anywhere is this area so you really have no choice but to pony up a lot of money unless you're willing to live in an RV in the few plots of land around the Lewis-Accord base area. The move in fees are very high at this apartment complex and if you have a pet, you will be paying through the nose for deposits, non refundable deposits, and pet rent. However, this wouldn't be the case for most apartments in this area. As far as the staff goes at Ultrius Abbey Rowe, you couldn't ask for better. Mary and Raylean are the ladies up front and they were always very helpful. They never did anything shady and our deposits were given back when we moved out. I've lived in 9 apartment complexes so far and this is the only one that I've left and missed. I lived at Abbey Rowe for almost 2 years so I've had plenty of time to form my opinions of this place. The maintenance guys were always quick to fix any issues and they had fun/ upbeat personalities. If I was still living in Washington, I'd still be renting from Abbey Rowe so, if you're going to rent, this would be a great option to consider. It's not common to rent from an apartment complex and like both the upfront staff and the maintenance staff but this place fits that bill. It's also close to two grocery stores, plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, banks, etc. It's located at an ideal location for military members. If you're not military, avoid the high rents and look for rentals in the Olympia and Tumwater area (heading south) or Tacoma (heading north). Abbey Rowe is right off the freeway to head towards Lewis-McCord so this location again is ideal for military folks.

Fantastic experience: I was sceptical about moving here for 1 reason. All the complaints about dog droppings. I've been here for over a year and it's never been an issue. Definitely staying here for as long as I'm in Washington. Very friendly staff, no issues with neighbors, and most importantly it feels like home. If you're military I definitely recommend this housing!!

Negative experience: Pros: Convenient to Costco, Winco, Cabelas and post. CON: Irresponsible and careless dog owners who forsee the need to pick up their dogs poop on grass areas and dog runs. Fire alarm goes off everytime steam from shower releases. Walls are very thin you can hear your upstairs neighbots pee. Unit prices change every 3 days, grab the lowest one when you can.

Fantastic experience: As a military spouse it is hard to find a safe and reliable place to live from a few thousand miles away (I was in AL). Thanks to the positive reviews this place made the top of my list. When I emailed the staff about applying, they were nothing but helpful. We ran into a few snags trying to get the exact apartment we wanted (the people who were supposed to move out did not), but the staff immediately found another apartment, and had it ready in a few days. It was nerve wracking moving across the country, but knowing we had a place to live was a burden off of my shoulders. When we arrived, they were polite and concise, and the paperwork and the apartment were ready. They even had our paperwork to get the power turned on prepared. They gave us brochures telling us about the area, and take-out menus. It made settling into WA much easier. The staff even helped us find a few things in the area that we needed. The complex is always nice, and generally always quiet (you live right by Martin, a major road through Lacey = loud cars). Being in a gated community, I also feel very safe. There are special locks on the pools and the gym door, so you feel safe enough to go any time of the day or night. Maintenance is very prompt, and makes sure to solve the problem. And the complex is right down the street from I-5 N & S, or anything you need.

Fantastic experience: I have lived here for over a year, and have NOTHING but praise for these apartments!! My apartment is beautiful, spacious, if I ever had a problem they respond immediately, the girls in the office are amazing and SO accomodating!! Everytime I have a visitor they love the whole layout and are impressed. And Jack is ALWAYS there when I need a fixit, and it happens immediately! The crew here treats me with nothing but respect and kindness. My son loves it here also! Once you're in you're apartment the outside world shuts off, so quiet!! I would DEFINITELY not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone! You won't be disappointed! It's gated, and never had a problem in any way!! Wonderful place to live and close to EVERYTHING!!!
