Negative experience: Rude, arrogant agent. Cash buyer here. Went with a different agent that had more knowledge and common sense and time for me as a buyer. Jeff wants to work when it's convenient for him. All day Saturday I asked for info on a house he had, all day, bought a different home, using a much better, more accessible agent.
