Right from the start, Donna's Christian values and integrity shone through everything she did. She took the time to truly understand what I was looking for with patience and a heart for God. Fantastic experience: When I connected with Donna a few months ago I was trying to sell an elderly family member’s home in NJ from out of state. I didn’t understand the market for 50+ communities in Monroe Township and the other realtors I had contacted showed little enthusiasm to help and gave me what felt like low -ball sales price suggestions. I saw that Donna had a house under contract in our neighborhood and I called her. Donna immediately became my “right-hand realtor!” She stepped up to stage our property, coordinate repairs and bring in multiple interested buyers. Within weeks, we had an offer 35K over what those initial realtors forecasted!! Donna’s expertise and energy made our negotiations and closing process a smooth operation! Now my Aunt has a nest egg to last her through her golden years! If you need an agent in central NJ, you need Donna Nielsen! Call her right now. She is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Realtor Who Goes Above and Beyond I cannot recommend Donna enough as a realtor. She was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire process of selling our residential/commercial property, which turned out to be one of the most challenging experiences we've faced. Donna took over the listing after a previous real estate agent had left us feeling hopeless and defeated. She dove headfirst into the complexities of our property, which had deterred potential buyers and caused numerous setbacks. Despite the obstacles, Donna remained relentlessly proactive, pushing forward with determination and unwavering dedication. Her commitment to our best interests was evident at every turn, even in the face of difficult circumstances. Despite encountering hostility and lack of support from our end at times, Donna remained professional and focused on achieving the best outcome for us. Her perseverance and tireless efforts were truly remarkable. Donna invested a significant amount of her time and energy into this transaction, navigating through challenges that would have deterred many others. Thanks to Donna's expertise and tenacity, we finally closed the sale after a year and a half of ups and downs. Fantastic experience: Meeting Donna for a property she listed was the first interaction and she was very informative and helpful. The property didn't work for me - she stopped at nothing going forward to help me find the perfect commercial property for my company - to the extent of calling a property owner that wasn't even on the market - She made it happen ! The experience was nothing short of impressive as she knows her stuff for commercial real estate. Anything she wasn't sure of she delved into for answers and kept on top of all details, even when she didn't have to just to be sure all went well with the transaction. She is Relentless in a professional manner and I strongly suggest her as an agent ! It was a complicated process and the ability to navigate the sale was her strength. Thank you Donna! Paul T. Imbarrato, CEO

Fantastic experience: Donna is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. If I could give her 10 stars in this review I would!

Fantastic experience: Donna was excellent in her responsibilities; in fact, she went beyond her responsibilities to make the closing happen on the date mentioned in the contract. We had almost given up hope that the closing would get delayed, as the mortgage people and the attorney were very slow in completing the closing requirements and did not confirm the closing date until the day before. I was under a lot of pressure as we planned other things assuming the closing would happen However when we talked about this with Donna on a weekend before the mid-week closing day, she RELENTLESSLY followed up with all involved parties to make sure the closing happened as decided and she did make it happen as planned! Donna has a true passion for her job. She is very resourceful, courteous, energetic and understanding. She has an excellent presence of mind needed in the realty world. We loved working with her!

Fantastic experience: Donna saved me. Going through a divorce she found me a rental with 3 bedrooms to have my children stay with me when it was my week. Before that I was in a 2 bedroom apartment and my daughter was sleeping in a walk-in closet. She was angel sent to help me . And has helped with referrals to home inspection, etc. And she found a rental which was very difficult because I needed to stay in same town so my kids could complete their last year in HS. She is excellent what she does and I trust her completely !

Fantastic experience: Donna works hard with you to sell your home!! She has much experience with all kinds of sellers and all different kinds of property. She is easy to communicate with which is so important in this process. She thinks outside of the box. She is kind and really is invested in selling your property. If I had another property to sell, I’d call Donna in a heartbeat!!!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of having Donna as my agent for the sale of my home and for finding a new home that I needed specific accommodations for a handicapped family member. I was rather pessimistic because I didn't think someone would be able to help with our needs. Well with Donna, it was love at first convo. She really made me believe in her abilities and soon after proved all that she said through her professionalism and dedication. We found the perfect sizeable ranch home for a perfect price, and sold my home for the price I wanted. Donna guided us through everything. I learned so much from her. I couldn't have had a better agent. What a gem!

Fantastic experience: Donna is absolutely amazing! We were in the housing market for over a year, we were working with another agent and hitting so many dead ends, being out bid, missing bid times, not getting what we were really looking for…. THEN we called Donna! I am not lying when I say she found our home, placed our bid, and we closed in 13 DAYS! She is BEYOND PERFECT! She went above and beyond for us to make sure we had exactly what we needed, from the home we wanted, to helping us find reliable inspectors at reasonable prices that were available in short notice to keep our close quick and painless. I can not recommend Donna enough, she is a phenomenal at her job, she goes above and beyond for her clients and makes sure you are buying the perfect home for your family! We couldn’t be more happy with our decision to work with Donna on buying our first home and the amazing experience she provided us. Go with Donna, you absolutely will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: Donna was my realtor who helped me and my family find the perfect home. She was on top of everything. Donna went above and beyond. I wasn't just a client, I was her job. From the day I signed the contract till the day I moved in she moved mountains to make it happen. If your looking for a home she is your girl!

Fantastic experience: Donna is great! Highly recommend to anyone. She really listens to you and understands your needs and wants. She was very responsive and answered any questions we had. She was always willing to listen and help! She really gives her honest opinion on houses and doesn't just try to make a quick sell. I would definitely use Donna again for the future.

Fantastic experience: Donna Nielsen went above and beyond to help my mother sell her home. She brought the perfect buyer for the house. As she said, you have to know your clients, their needs and she really does!! The process was quite long and not your average sale (too much to go into detail), but Donna was always willing to go that extra step to help ease things along. She helped find contractors for things that needed to be addressed and they were all so nice and did a great job! She also helped my mom find her new place! My mom can’t drive so Donna was there to bring her to see every house she looked at. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further! Just contact Donna and wait to meet the sweetest, most genuine, and knowledgeable, hard working woman that will most likely become your friend along the way!
