Negative experience: If this is the right place We seen a great adorable house Filled out a application. Called twice*finally got a call from who managing it spoke briefly she said we need to fill out the application for my wife* feeling off key like why didn't we be told by who I spoke with twice,not her she took a very defensive attitude and remarks then out of the blue said we didn't fill out a form on our did sorry like landlord to Tennets I do check on landlord and incident as this we claim red flag Sorry she took the position she did We made a smart wise choice not to do business with them or rent any thing they manage

Negative experience: Landlords + Tenants AVOID this company! We leased a property for 2.5 years. During the past year the company was sold. The new management is disrespectful, unprofessional and terrible communication. Total mess. We scheduled our move out over a month ago... when we called to confirm they said our move out was the following month. Read the lease. They canceled our move out walk through with some lame excuse. I've been managing our investment rentals since 2008; we have 16 tenants. I've never treated anyone with such disrespect. Move your rentals to another company.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this property management company. Their administration is disorganized and unprofessional, and their overall management practices fall far below industry standards. They often act outside the normal scope of real estate procedures and fail to handle matters in a professional or ethical way. Communication is poor, and tenants are treated with little respect or consideration. This company was much better under the direction of the original owner, but since the change in leadership, things have gone steadily downhill. Although they are trying to rebuild their reputation, the current owner’s behavior (or the man in charge) makes that difficult. The owner is condescending, power-hungry, and frequently talks down to people. It’s clear there are serious anger management and professionalism issues that affect both staff and clients. Before deciding to work with them, I encourage anyone to read the other reviews to get a clear understanding of what this company is really about. Their three-star rating alone should be enough to show how poorly they operate. Overall, they lack the integrity, communication, and respect necessary to provide effective property management. I would strongly advise anyone seeking reliable and professional management to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I just dropped off a rent check for a business. The receptionist was friendly and professional.

Negative experience: Rented from these guys for years, always paid on time and kept the house nice. Once the market jumped up in Kingman they evicted me for having dog poop in the yard without any warning and quickly rented the house out for almost double. “Dog was on the lease” In the mix of it all I hurried to get my stuff out with a 7 day eviction, I cleaned the whole house and made sure there wasn’t anything left behind. Come to find out they are now saying my deposit “disappeared” because I violated the contract having dog poop in my yard, so 1,600$ stolen and I now owe them 1,100$ for repairs.. Very sketchy buisness.

Negative experience: For being a realty office, they have nothing to rent nor sell. I guess the retarded Californian's came here and took everything away from the people that have been here longer than those retarded Californians that come here to get cheap rentals and houses, while California has houses that are MUCH, MUCH, cheaper than anyplace here in Kingman, ARIZONA. Californian's ONLY care about themselves, since they were given 215,000 drivers licenses for free without ever taking the written or actual driving test.

Fantastic experience: So, as anyone can tell you, searching for a home can be an absolute nightmare, right? Well, after going thru realty, companies who just want your credit check money to just not returning your phone calls. To companies who practically want to know your blood type, it gets ridiculous. Ramona at Realty Executives made my house hunting a positive experience. She listened to what I needed and was looking for in a home. The whole process was pain-free, and I am now enjoying my new home. Thank you, Realty Executives

Positive experience: Very friendly and professional.

Negative experience: I was very interested in renting a home, sent a message asking for an application which I received, and was told also that the application can’t be accepted until I view the home which was fine. So I responded that I’d be in the area the next day and would like to set up a time either that day or the next to see the home and drop my application. This was there response “That’s fine, but if I get another application I’ll have to work that one.” That’s all they said, didn’t try and set up a time, didn’t say which day was best for them, nothing. I literally asked for a time and day to see the home, but their response was just ignorance and attitude. If your desperate then I guess you’re gonna have to put up with these folks, hopefully your not desperate.

Fantastic experience: I have been renting from this company for over 2 years and I appreciate them to the fullest extent. The office staff is amazing and always on top of maintenance, when our heater went out, they had bought a brand new unit within 1 week it was fixed, they also provided whatever we may have needed to keep cool/warm, it was perfect weather for when it broke. I highly recommend them, I always make sure to let others know who are looking to call them and see what they have for rent. This is the Best company I have rented from and I have been renting for over 13 years! Thank you so very much for making us feel like part of your family

Negative experience: I’d give zero stars if i could. These people do not care for their clients, or their safety, Ramona specifically and her maintenance man. They are very unprofessional and will gang up on you if they believe you are wrong. They obviously don’t realize there is this thing called hyperthermia, so they will refuse to fix your AC if you ask. Also, they will put a swamp cooler on the side of your house instead of on the roof like it is supposed to be so it actually works to cool off your house. So instead it is blowing through broken vents while people are sitting in heat roasting their a** off in 100 plus degree weather while they refuse to fix it cuz they’re lazy and don’t want to spend their money.. These people need to roast in the heat to see what it feels like then maybe they will have a bit of sympathy. Rude as hell, don’t make them money people, steer very clear of this place or you will suffer!!

Negative experience: My 85 year old Grandmother had an appointment at the doctor's office across the street from this place. The doctor’s parking lot was full so she used used a spot in the realty lot. She got out of the car and started making her way to the doctors office. She has to use a cane to walk. Jim drove up and yelled at her that she needed to move her car. She moved it down the street a bit. My 85 year old grandmother using a cane to walk had to walk half a block!! This business is NOT a caring part of the community. Shame on you.

Positive experience: Me and my wife have never had a single issue, pay your rent don’t destroy the home and everything is all good. Nice staff in the office

Fantastic experience: Outstanding customer service. I wouldn't want to rent from anyone else other then Jim. I have had several (4)other family members rent from him and all were treated with respect. Pricing and service are far better then any other renters in the area. I have read the 1 star reviews and can only conclude they must have been written by those who normally get evicted and have no knowledge of Arizona rental laws. I highly recommend Him Hunks.

Fantastic experience: This place is such an amazing place to rent from. Jim is so caring and understanding. Works with anyone . If any issues, that is taken care of with in 24 hours. Absolute amazing place to rent from. I will always refer to them and rent from them when I need too. Hands down the best customer service I have ever encountered in my many year of renting. Negative experience: We were looking at a home in Kingman, we were told we could see it that next weekend. When we went in to look at it we were told they aren't moving out until the first of the month. When the first came around, they decided they weren't moving out but yet Kingman Realty Executives were extremely rude when we called to set up an appointment. Then when we got a list from them and asked about several other homes we were told we couldn't get an application on them until we look at them. One home became available and we went in that morning and asked to go see it, they told us they already had an application from someone who has rented from them before so they will not take any other applications. They were extremely rude and didn't show any good customer service at all. They said they take applications from people who have rented from them before, before anyone else. So basically, before you can rent a home you would like, you have to rent one of their other ones or the ones people who have rented before don't want. It's ridiculous, not to mention the people in the office are extremely rude and have absolutely no customer service. Basically kicked me out without even offering to help.

Negative experience: Rude, arrogant, and obnoxious. I have had to move frequently as part of my job, and these have been the worst landlords I have ever had to deal with. Ridiculous fees to nickel and dime you, a refusal to do even the simplest things for you, and an arrogance that is unmatched. Please, please, please, do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Negative experience: Very polite until you hand them money, then they get dodgy and evasive. This is a scam to charge you hundreds in app fee's, then deny you for petty reasons.
