Fantastic experience: I worked with Devon Cutshaw of Keller-Williams Living Realty Group in Kingman for a year and a half. I had some personal situations that complicated the buying process for me, but Devon stuck with me, took my calls, texts, and emails with my questions. Finally when I was ready to buy, Devon took me to the setting that I literally have dreamed about since I was a kid. I am now in that house and making it my own. I cannot say enough about the kindness, honesty, and patience of Devon. She is amazing.

Negative experience: When I bought a listing from this company August 2020. I thought I would not hear from them again until I called them. I was wrong I have been called a least once a month since then including today. Asking if I was ready to buy. They must not have a good system to take people who bought from them off their active list. I will not use them again!

Negative experience: Had a listing with crazy low price on Zillow...left a message through Zillow call tab...than googled office info...left a message ...also emailed and tried texting a realtor...not one response...I know ALOT of people were calling...but I've been looking at properties for about 4 years getting ready for retirement...a courtesy "sorry it's sold" might have got them a client..not now.

Fantastic experience: I have purchase and sold several homes in my lifetime, but never was such a purchase so uneventful. Due to the experience team at KW this was the first time I enjoyed a home purchased. I didn't have to scramble to get all the paperwork needed at the last minute. This is due to the hard work of both my sales agent Shelly and the PM Justina. If I need to sell or purchase another home again they will be the first ones I call.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely just good people to help you find a home there's a reason why they we're able to upgrade and move to a new place what time I sat there they were hard-working and dedicated to finding people in nice home and one guy was genuinely upset when some lady hung up on him. But he kept his professionalism and moved on to help the next person find a quality home in Kingman.

Positive experience: We arrived in Kingman... in December. My husband’s job transferred us here. We started looking for a house right after Christmas. Just searching online and calling different realtors. Finally we found an agent at Keller Williams, Brayson Brock a young man that was personable, and extremely helpful, asking us what we really wanted in a house.... Brayson took time to listen and showed us a couple different ones, one in fact; we make an offer on but the inspection wasn’t good so we had to back out. Brayson didn’t give up on us. We continued our search. We found one, and there were multiple offers, but we took a chance and made an offer. We just closed on the house, and we are busy making it our home ♥️ We highly recommend KW Real Estate specialists. Ask for Brayson Brock, a wonderful young man....we are so grateful to have met.
