She has a wealth of knowledge, whether we wanted information on the neighborhood, quality of the home construction and house repairs, factors about each house to consider, and answered every single one (or found out quickly) of our many questions. When we couldn't get to the area, Ranae would go to the houses we were interested in and give us a video tour so that we could see it.
