Fantastic experience: Writing We had a wonderful experience for the third time working with Monique to sell our house. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always kept us informed throughout the process. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We truly appreciate her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for helping us successfully sell our house!

Fantastic experience: Monique and Tony first helped our family buy our starter home back in 2023. Fast forward a few years—we found ourselves wondering, "Is it time for a house upgrade or remodel upgrades?" We gave Team Zacarias a quick call, and within just a few weeks, our home was officially on the market. Call it fate, but we received an offer after our very first open house! From that moment on, Monique was our rock. She guided us through the whirlwind of selling and buying—not just with her market expertise, but with so much genuine heart and emotional support. Buying and selling at the same time is quite the emotional rollercoaster, but Monique kept us grounded every step of the way until we officially got the keys to our forever dream home. Thank you Monique and Tony for the care. We know you value the families you work with and are lucky to have met such wonderful people!

Fantastic experience: A year of scrolling through listings and finally felt ready to call in a professional. Since this was our first time buying a home, we knew the bare minimum. Which Monique and her team stepped right in, broke everything down, and made sure we were ready. Once we started, things moved like lightning! We toured our place on the Fourth of July and were already moving in by the first week of August. We are so grateful for Monique's help and will be recommending to all our friends/family. Thank you Monique!

Fantastic experience: I just sold my parents’ place and honestly, I don’t know what we’d have done without Monique’s team. She was super helpful, knew the market inside and out, and was so patient with my mom, which I really appreciated. If you want someone honest, reliable and just good at what they do, I’d definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Working with Monique to buy our home was a fantastic experience! From day one, her knowledge of the market gave us complete confidence. She communicated every update promptly and made a potentially stressful experience completely seamless. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated realtor!"

Fantastic experience: We have had the pleasure to have The Zacarias team by our side for our first home purchase. At first when we began our hunting on Redfin we were partnered with Tony. My husband and I really got along with Tony, very easy going and didn’t pressure us at all into buying. He let us take our time and was so patient with us as we viewed multiple homes. After 6 months of looking my husband and I gave it a break and waited. Then about two months ago we reached out to Tony again and we met his wonderful partner and wife Monique. Monique from the very beginning was very motivated to help us find what we were looking for. She was always available to view the houses we were interested in and we had her up and down the inland empire searching high and low. She truly is a blessing to had on your side. We had tons of questions and she instilled confidence in us because she knew exactly what she was doing. However, our perfect home came along and we put in our first offer, we were nervous but Monique guided us well thru the process and we felt extremely comfortable with her. But sadly our offer wasn’t accepted. A couple weeks went by and I noticed our home went back on the market. Immediately we reached out to Monique and she did her magic and we put in another offer and they accepted it! By the grace of god our dream home was becoming a reality! We were so excited I cried! Everything just felt like it was ment to be. My husband and I loved working with The Zacarias team. I would recommend them because of the positive experience we encountered. In the future we look forward to working with them again. Thank you so much, we are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience we had that made our home buying process possible. God bless you both. Erica & Jose Padilla
