Fantastic experience: We were so fortunate to have Nicole France help us through the sale and the purchase of our new home. She listened to our wants and concerns. Our needs were a little different than the usual buyer and she listened and took care of what we needed as if it were the norm. If I had to sell and buy again today Nicole would be handling it. She looked out for us as if we were family. When I initially called her out to talk about selling, my intent was to talk with a couple more agents, but after the initial meet I knew she was who we wanted and could trust. She hired a very talented photographer to do our listing pictures even though our home was just a mid price home. Our home in a somewhat slow market in the late fall sold to the first family who it was shown to. My guess after getting to know her a little bit is that it comes from a heart that listens, and truly hears with more than just selling and buying in mind. Fantastic experience: Nicole is incredible. She helped us buy our current home and sell our former home in December 2024. We were looking for a very specific acreage, location, and price for our new home. Nicole was understanding, patient, and responsive when we asked to see a home with little advanced notice. She showed us at least 20 homes during our time together. When we finally found our current home, Nicole showed us the home the day after it listed and composed a strong offer that same day! She knew the market well and was able to create a non-contingency offer with a timeframe that allowed us to sell our former home first. The home inspection revealed some concerns and Nicole ensured repairs were made and that we be granted a credit from the sellers. She also put our former home on the market quickly and we received an offer at asking price the first weekend! Nicole went above and beyond as our buyer’s and seller’s agent. We certainly would not have known how to navigate the difficult market or known our options without her! I mostly appreciate her honesty and genuine patience with us. Fantastic experience: Nicole helped us buy a home in 2021 at a time when buying was anything but easy. Fast forward a couple of years - we moved once more and Nicole helped us buy another home and sell the one she helped us find two years prior. She is a great listener - a fantastic trait for a realtor - she understood exactly what we wanted in our next home and she delivered in spades showing us great properties in fantastic locations. When we found the perfect place, Nicole's knowledge of the market kept us from overpaying; our offer was accepted even though it wasn't the highest. Now the hard part - selling the house we were in.
