Fantastic experience: 3 8 3 26 and I have been there for 6 months today. I have only welcomes when I first got here in the community room, everybody was nice and friendly and I love it here, still I can't believe them. I'm here after all the what I've been through before that, but yeah, this place is amazing. The people are wonderful and I love it here very, very much. I would definitely recommend it anybody that I talk to

Negative experience: **UPDATED AT END OF REVIEW** Was accepted through the entire process and denied last minute for "poor landlord reference" after I explained the harassment I was getting from my current management with proof if they needed it. All they have to do is read the reviews for current management and see all the bad stuff. If they denied knowing a family was being harassed...then I'm not sure I'd trust this management either as it's possible they may pull the same shady things. They told me to reapply in 6 months and they'd reconsider, I did, was made to look like I had a place right up until last minute and denied again for the same exact thing and they told me I'd be reconsidered in 6 months again. This was a major waste of time in a community hurting for housing and for making it obvious that they are doing this simply because they can and don't want me there for some strange reason (I've never rented here, I don't even personally know the management) but they DO let people with criminal records in no problem.

Fantastic experience: Lynn Creamer is an amazing property manager here . She made my mom always feel heard and is like family. What a hard job this woman has! I truly love her and what she dose over and beyond for everyone she is around!!!!!!

Negative experience: If I could give them under 1 star I would. This company should definitely be investigated. I've lived at one of their properties since 2019 which was actually owned by a different management company for the first year. We have had 8 different managers at this one place since 2019. I have all the paperwork proving so since they like to act like the tenants at these places are stupid. Every single one of the managers except ONE of all eight we had were awful. C + C Realty takes a beyond abnormal amount of time to respond to anything. Whether it be maintenance requests, or anything that has to do with asking the property manager for something. And they never even fix the problem. They allowed a man smoking cigarettes in the building for over a year while I was pregnant and then while I had a newborn, which smoked not only us but 3 other neighbors out and management did nothing until we threatened to sue. Even though it's in the lease that you need to smoke 25ft away from the building. That's also just one instance of many I have. They blame EVERYONE in all buildings for lack of following rules rather than going after the specific people causing problems. If they had more than only two cameras in front of their own office window they'd be able to tell who does what. I have almost 5 years of paperwork showing they've broken their own lease multiple different times but they want to continue to blame tenants for their own incompetence as management. The newest manager, from Massachusetts, has been nothing but rude to multiple tenants here who have been here since the buildings were first put up. Not to mention the beyond unprofessional remarks she's made to multiple people on camera.

Negative experience: I have been living at one of these properties since January 1st as of January 19th I haven't had access to my tub due to a crack in the porcelain completely ruining my downstairs neighbors ceiling . I have 2 children my husband and myself who have not been able to use our tub in our apartment that we pay for . We have called put in service requests and speak to a property manager who only says we are looking into it it will get fixed it's been 2 months!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous an so unprofessional . I wouldn'have moved here if I knew nobody was going to repairbasic needs

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience working with Ethan!

Negative experience: Used to be nice neighborhoods. But then started letting in all the people who don't pay full price due to subsidies and section 8. Dealing with HUD etc. These people should have no room to complain!!

Negative experience: They tell you your application was never put in to go submit a new one then because there's 2 applications it freezes their system and they give you zero answers as to why you can't update or fix your application

Negative experience: Petty tyrants, especially the lady in charge, Lynn. Avoid like the plague. At least they actually fix stuff, though. Right before they jack up the rent.

Fantastic experience: The lady who promptly returned my call was very knowledgeable, understanding, & helpful. She has been the first & only person to explain why some rentals are posted as "available now" when the current openings are offered to those who've been on the wait list & not new applicants. Thank you for the useful information! She directed me to their website which is very well laid out by county, town/city, the income requirements/ limitations, demographic served per each property, which ones have openings & those with waiting lists. Truly transparent & overall a fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience: This property management company seems to be one of the better ones out there I highly recommend them

Negative experience: These people have no regard for the laws that protect their residents. They are in violation of their own lease in our case and they have refused to answer any attempts from us to communicate. I would love to see this company investigated by the better business bureau.

Negative experience: I am a current tent at C&C's Westbranch Terrace apartment complex, and been here for two years. The property Manger is incompetent and barley shows up around the property. He never enforces the rules. The office is unresponsive. The tenants at this place disregard the no loud noise rule, and the no smoking rule. some tenants have no problem vandalizing or using threats of violence to settle disputes with other tenants. I would say this place is a joke, but a joke is enjoyable. This on the other hand is not. Do not move to a C&C runed apartment.

Fantastic experience: Anytime I've ever had a problem they come right over and fix it I always get somebody on the phone when I call no problems at all my apartment is brand new my electric bill is very low considering I have electric heat I don't pay over 50 to $80 for my electric bill everything else is included can't complain.

Positive experience: They manage my building and they are great other than being able to get ahold of someone without having to email or leave a message and wait for them to call you back.

Fantastic experience: They have a great website to help with getting apartments. Very friendly employees to talk to when you call them.

Negative experience: Very rude staff. They hang up on tenants on the phone. No professionalism at all. I am a tenant currently and the way they treat people is unacceptable.

Positive experience: Not the best first impression but upon speaking to someone else the situation was corrected

Negative experience: When asked about property locations, front desk said they didn't have the time to elaborate.

Negative experience: Extremely rude over the phone when inquiring about an application. I told them to withdraw my application because of the rude front desk agent.

Negative experience: We have a family member living in Barron Hill, their "managed" apartments. They are extremely disrespectful and dismissive treat the elders poorly and threaten if you ask for something. Meth lab found in one apartment. This is too scary for us we're taking our family out. They can keep the seedy low lifes.

Fantastic experience: My apartment management company where I live. They worked with me on my deposit and offer auto pay for rent which is convenient. They have been responsive to my repair request. My apartment was refurbished and done very nice. I personally know Deer Ridge in Wiscasset and Beechwood in Thomaston are great places to live.

Negative experience: If I could give lower than 1 star I would! They don't fix anything that it's requested. Needed somethings fixed a year and a half ago & still not fixed!

Fantastic experience: Great apartment needs

Negative experience: The most unprofessional group I've ever dealt with. They lie to avoid getting repairs done. Lack of maintenance is beyond unbelievable. Sometimes it takes 4-5 times before repair is done right. There are rotted decks, holes in foundation that animals come in & out of, nothing for children to play on (yet family unit). Rat boxes set up but never checked or baited. No emergency lighting in stairwells when power goes out. Washing machines are 40 years old at least. Windows are from the 60-70's and filthy. Cleaning company is a joke. C&C is only in it to make money for the property owners. They do not take care of the tenants!

Negative experience: Rude staff. They're always cutting you off and interrupting when they're called, and act like they have no time for you. Also condescending.

Fantastic experience: Their friendly but slow in pocessing paperwork
