Fantastic experience: Matt recently helped my wife and i sell a property that had belonged to her late father. He and his team were amazing throughout, respectful of helping us during a team of grieving, but also proactive and really went the proverbial extra mile in terms of getting everything ready for the sale, from helping clean up the place, to getting a new coat of paint on it, to making sure the lawn was maintained. No detail escaped his keen eye and he was in constant communication throughout, very responsive. Oh and he was able to price at the high end of the market and still beat asking price. Highly recommend!

People may say that real estate agents are out for their own gain, but that does NOT apply to Ioannis. Negative experience: Harassment to sell home. I received unsolicited handwritten letters from this office harassing me to sell my home. These business practices are scammy and repulsive, designed to appear to be from a friend of neighbor (because they are handwritten) but are in fact just unsolicited requests for business. This behavior is abusive and untrustworthy.

Fantastic experience: Working with the Gibbs team was great. I worked with Matt, Marcy, and Danielle . They helped me to sell my home quickly at a fair comparable value for its size and location. Marcy was wonderful in helping me find a new home in the area that I was looking. She was able to negotiate a fair price and have some needed repairs done prior to the sale. Any questions I had were quickly responded to through either texts, emails, or phone calls. The team was also able to schedule the closings for both the sale and new purchase on the same day. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking at selling or purchasing a home.
