Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rosemary and the incredible job she did helping my aunt sell her home and purchase a condo in Manalapan. From the very beginning, Rosemary was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and approachable. She was always available to answer questions, explain what was happening, and provide guidance when we needed it. Selling a home and purchasing another at the same time is not always an easy process, and there were definitely some challenges along the way, but Rosemary was there every step of the way to help smooth things over and keep everything moving forward. When we sold my aunt’s home, we had to deal with the removal of an underground oil tank, which added another layer of complexity to the transaction. RoseMary made sure we had all of the information we needed, stayed on top of the process, and consistently communicated with our real estate attorneys as well as the other agent involved. Even after the purchase, she continued to go above and beyond to make sure nothing was overlooked. Negative experience: Rosemary DiPasquale was the selling agent of the home we purchased. At the final walk through, which is supposed to be broom swept, her clients left the premises in horrendous condition. There was garbage, bugs, and dirt everywhere. The cabinets were filled with random things, even finding the previous owners hair and used cue tips. The garage was filled with left over garbage bags and stuff the sellers did not want. When we arrived at the agreed upon time, the seller was still moving their furniture out. Ms. DiPasquale was a no-show to the final walk through and did not show any interest in involving herself, leaving my wife and I to have to deal with her disrespectful clients on our own. It seems as though once she received her commission check, Ms. DiPasquale had no involvement whatsoever in her clients behavior. From an ethical standpoint, that is very disappointing. What was supposed to be a joyous occasion turned into a nightmare for my wife and I. While I do not blame Ms. DiPasquale for how her clients are, she does have some responsibility in not showing up and not interjecting herself to make sure the premises was left in a livable condition. She represents her clients, and in turn her clients are representing her. If perhaps she acted a little more professional, her clients might have taken some responsibility in leaving the home in better condition. Instead, my wife and I were left to deal with the mess. I have been involved with several real estate transactions over the years, and have never experienced an agent let their clients behave in the way that they did.

Negative experience: Horrible and lying agent, she is the worst would never recommend her, we tried buying a house and she was the seller agent, we're under attorney review, asked for some minor issues to fix, she delayed time in contract seeking for another client, she showed the price we gave for the house to her other clients and sold it them. Never buy a house from her, she will mess everything up for you.
