Negative experience: Renters Beware!!!! Hidden monthly fees on slumlord properties. When they give you your deposit form the deduct from damages you did not do. The Owner doesn’t care the Realtor doesn’t care. Try living without AC for 5 days in July in warm sunny Florida. Stay Away!

Negative experience: Let me just start to say If I could give 0 stars I would because these people are terrible. The listing agent and the firm lacked communication throughout the whole process. They left our realtor on read for days , they wouldn’t try and find a solution to anything. We spoke to the seller of the house and he even told us that they almost never communicated with him. These people are disorganized and rude/passive aggressive In their calls and texts. I would never recommend these people to buy or sell from.

Negative experience: Very untrustworthy company. They have unlicensed, husbands of the property managers come into the homes of tenents and do more damage to the property than they repair. Also, they allow black mold to grow in the properties by dragging their feet to take care of a water leak before the mold forms. Slum lord's.

She is on point, doesn’t waste your time, works fast, and gets you exactly what you want. In this market you can’t sit on things. Stephanie works with you and also behind the scenes to ensure her client well now friend is happy. After all, Home ownership and selling is huge. Thank you Stephanie so much for making my dreams come true. You are an amazing realtor. I’ve had to fire a few realtors as they made me lose homes I really wanted. I can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: Watson realty has one of the best Realtors, Patricia Lopez is a wonderful realtor and an excellent person at that. She is caring, responsible, friendly and over all customer service oriented which is important to me. Along side her husband Carlos, both of them provided the best service possible and they did not stop at any moment to ensure I was fully satisfied. Negative experience: Find another company. They don’t update their site in a timely manner. The manager called me this morning at 830 AM to advise me she is sorry that most people call them before filling out an ONLINE application, and that if I had of called first she could have told me the property was not available. WHY NOT just UPDATE your site so people know it’s pending!! They have no other properties available and refused to give me my money back. Contacting my bank. Insensitive and their site is not up to date!

He went house hunting on our behalf while we couldn’t make it to the state and took videos and photos, etc. He has showed us homes in the past multiple times and we’ve bought and sold with him in the past as well. Really enjoyable and professional to work with every time!

Negative experience: Stay away from Sandee Goldberg. She won't even schedule a private showing unless you give her you pre-approved letter. She's ridiculous. I called her abour a property that my friend was interested in viewing and Sandee literally asked me to email her my friend's personal documents without his consent. Is that even legal? If you're interested in viewing a property through Watson Realty in Kissimmee and the surrounding areas, expect Sandee Goldberg to be your realtor because that's the only way that you'll be able to view the property. I wish that I could give zero stars.

Negative experience: We put an escrow deposit for a short sale and it took more than 8 months and we still did not receive a response from seller's negotiating company. We submitted a cancellation contract to get my buyer's escrow back since our contract expired and it has been almost 1 month and we have not heard back from them. I have sent multiple emails, left voicemails, and even went in person to the office and nothing. Very unprofessional company to work with, so buyers/clients/realtors beware!!
