Negative experience: I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the Old Light brown skin lady with light eyes staff member who was working behind the glass counter. Her attitude came across as unnecessarily rude, disrespectful, and dismissive, and I was very disappointed by the way I was treated. I understand that employees may have difficult interactions with customers, but there is still an expectation of professionalism and basic courtesy. I would appreciate it if management reviewed this situation and addressed the employee’s conduct appropriately. I hope future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Negative experience: UPDATE. It’s now been a year waiting on street signs. HOA won’t pay for a street sweeper because they claim none service this area. We are paying monthly for “common area maintenance” but don’t have any common areas and they don’t even mow the empty spaces with 5 foot tall weeds that are supposed to be common areas. Still can’t get anyone to actually respond to emails or direct messages on Facebook. Stay far away from any neighborhood managed by this company. For months we’ve been asking for street sweepers to clean up the disgusting mess all over the roads. There are nails, broken glass, and shards of metal. Children are being hurt and this company doesn’t care. We have been missing several street signs, and a stop sign for MONTHS with never ending “it’s been ordered” responses and no results. Sidewalks with profanity. We pay this company as our “HOA” but not a single resident sits on a board, because we have no board. They will not let residents vote or change any of the covenants but they’re allowed to change rules as they please. They point the finger at the builder, and the builder points it back at them and residents are left with scraps. Stevie does nothing but drive around photographing houses, and sending nasty grams but can’t respond to any resident emails.

Negative experience: Honestly, I do not believe I would recommend this company to anyone I know (US Real Estate Professionals). We felt like the management team didn’t really care about us or our issues, but still wanted to raise the rent every year. We felt like a burden to the maintenance team, and we felt we couldn’t rely on them to come fix any issue we were having by with the home. Some requests were ignored or canceled without explanation. Even urgent issues took several days and several texts to the office just to get someone to come help, even after I submitted a maintenance request. Although not every time, but in general much of the correspondence with the office was not friendly or helpful (or we just received dry responses). Also I could rarely get anyone to answer the phone when I called, so I had to resolve issues through text (which is fine, but sometimes I felt I needed to talk to a person about an issue). When we called the office about frustrations with our mailing situation, they were rude to my roommate, which caused him to get even more frustrated with the situation. We just felt like team generally didn’t care about us, or at least didn’t care to be friendly, helpful, or sympathetic. Maintenance: I felt like many of our maintenance needs were not met promptly. Several of our maintenance requests were canceled or not completed. Even when we had a huge tree branch fall on the fence due to the hurricane or had the shed floor rot away, we felt that the maintenance team did not care to fix it. I was told that the tree/fence issue was not met because the team did not want to pay someone to fix it, so we had to borrow someone’s chainsaw and cut it ourselves. I understand yard work was our responsibility, but we didn’t have the tools or manpower to fix the issue ourselves. Even when we moved out it still wasn’t fixed. We also tripped several times due to rotting floor in shed. They came to fix part of it before, but did not come fix it when it got worse. The only maintenance needs that were truly met were urgent issues like plumbing clogs. Even then, I felt like the team didn’t treat it as an urgent issue. They had me call several plumbing companies while I was at work because they apparently couldn’t find anyone to come. One time they sent a request to plumber but never followed up. If I didn’t notify the office, nobody would have came. I also couldn’t call the office to notify because they rarely answered the phone, I had to do all communication through text. I always dreaded submitting a maintenance request because I knew it wouldn’t go smoothly. In general, I felt like the management team did not really care about us, and we felt like a burden or hassle when asking for maintenance help. Overall, we felt like we were just an inconvenient part of someone’s job, so any help we received made us feel like a burden. If possible, I would recommend you rent from someone else and go with a company that is actually professional, friendly, and sympathetic. I know we weren’t 100% perfect tenants, but we always paid rent on time and took good care of the home as if it was our own. I felt let down by the company for not caring enough to ensure our needs (not wants) were met.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and helpful

Positive experience: I bought in 2022 and wasn't told my home was on a homestead. As a result May 2024 an $370 extra was added to my mortgage to make up for a escrow shortage. My mortgage jumped to 2108. To future home buyers beware and ask about the homestead to be better prepared. I'm now facing a higher mortgage I thankfully can afford but it was still an unexpected surprise .

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure in working with Stephanie and hands down the best property manager. She is patient, professional, and always kept me in the loop. My husband and I had to move and decided to rent our home. Stephanie made sure to communicate with me, but made sure that my nerves were at ease throughout the process. She treated my home as her own and I am so happy to have her as my property manager. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: Amber Goutrie is hands down the absolute best Realtor ever. We first made contact in March of 2023 and closed on our home in December 2023 after viewing and submitting offers on quite a few homes. She's professional. Super friendly. Paid attention to details that were important to my family and I and our price range. Just an overall amazing experience. I'd recommend her one hundred times over. Love her so much.

Negative experience: They run our HOA and it's complete garbage. In 2 years I have yet to see any return on my HOA fees. Some of my interactions with them have been incredibly unprofessional as well.

Negative experience: I rented a property in Allenhurst for 2 years. I was never late on my rent and always kept the house taken care of or let the property management company know of anything wrong. I had inspectors come into my house unannounced more than once. They won’t let you know they are coming. I moved out and fixed anything that I may have caused. They also charged me a pet fee for a pet I didn’t have based on a neighbor seeing an animal outside. There are loose animals on the property all the time and I was charged for those animals. They never fixed a leaking roof issue even though I called more than once for it. They charged me $275 to mow the yard. They charged me $275 for house cleaning even though a receipt was given. Now they are stating the house was flee infested even though the house was bombed twice before I left to kill anything that might have been in there. I never once had an animal inside. The front desk staff are extremely rude and don’t care what you have to say anytime you call. 100% recommend to never rent from this place! I also told them about water pressure issues and plumbing issues and they were never fixed. I’d put in a work order and it was “fixed” and closed out two days later even though no one came out. The front porch ceiling was caving in, I reported that, nothing was done. The house was absolutely disgusting when I moved in and I left it cleaner than when I moved in. House was covered in moss and spider webs and I left it power washed outside under the carport and front porch.

The staff seemed more like family than coworkers, which is always the best environment to me. Their teamwork was phenomenal. If I am ever in the market for a home, they will be my first choice company to work with.

Negative experience: DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. I lost 1000$!! Spare yourselves and look somewhere else. This was my first time buying a house, and I went through the worst experience with them. Working with my realtor(Makailah) was nothing short of a nightmare. We were days away from closing on two different properties and she was unable to make it happen. Contracts had to keep on being extended but she somehow forgot to extend the contingency period for my downpayment. I lost 1000$ working with these people. She didn’t keep me in the loop on anything that was happening behind the scenes. I tried calling the office to make a complaint and they told me the manager would call me back. Never got a call back. PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!!

Negative experience: They really like to sweet talk at the beginning, making themselves seem like they are amazing. Wrong. Throughout the 11 months we lived in one of their properties they only sent one person to fix a problem we had. Other than that they either never responded or would flat out delete work orders. December 17th we got a 30 day eviction notice that was supposed to be the 10th so we lost a whole week. The owner wanted to sell the house. On top of that our lease was supposed to be up the next month anyway. The move out list involved multiple things that hadn't even been done upon our move in. I even went in at the middle of the night to help the cleaners on a thursday so we could move in Friday (we were supposed to move in the tuesday before). Now they are trying to tell us they want to charge us for cleaning after we already cleaned it for hours and spent $400 on carpet cleaning and flea spray (which the spray wasn't even done when we moved in. We had to borrow $3,000 from parents just to keep from being homeless, with two children at that. They know this pandemic has taken a toll on income and they still are trying to take as much as they can from us. Now they wont even answer our texts or calls. Very unprofessional if you are a renter. On top of that my fiance is in the army. We will be going to talk to the offices on base and will get them black listed.

Negative experience: You would sell more properties if you guys pick up a phone call.

Negative experience: I have given these people an entire year to redeem themselves, but they are the most UNPROFESSIONAL business I've ever experienced. There have been multiple occurances where I had issues with my home and that were considered unacceptable and even dangerous. It didn't matter how many times I called, how many maintenance requests I put in, and how many complaints I filed. They never responded to me or came out to fix the problem until someone got hurt. They didn't even clean my apartment before I moved in and told me I was responsible to find my own cleaning crew. I currently have a wild opossum that has found a way into my home because a hole was never fixed, even after maintenance requests were sent to them. I have been blatantly ignored and no one has done anything to help fix the problem and keep the animal out. It's disgusting, its lazy, and unacceptable.

This agent and his agency have never left us down, have always been professional in their dealings, and we give them the highest recommendation. True professionals.
