Yacht Club Condos For Sale and Rent

Negative experience: Almost every time I come. I don’t know what it is with their security people that they can’t attend to people at the gate fast enough, but it just seems like forever all the time. Very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I used to rent there years ago. Was looking to buy. The Yacht Club is a beautiful gated community. Right on the intercoastal. Area was always clean and well maintained. Just a great place.

Negative experience: No gym pool only 2 hrs weekly no weekends

Negative experience: This place has really gone downhill since new management... Landscaping is not up to par. Dog park and Tot area are always infested with flies, due to low property lines. Pest control does one section every month. HOA is a joke at best. The gym hasn't been updated since the 90's. This used to be a great community. *Update* 10/29/2019 They now have enforced parking for the entire area. Guest parking are only located on the outside perimeter. If you drive a 1/2 ton truck that is over 222" you are forced to park in guest even if you are a resident. (90% of half ton trucks are over 230")

Negative experience: This place is the worst.. the property management company are so disrespectful.. they have no regards for safety at all.. I would tell anyone I met to stay clear away from here..this place has had alot of crime and your safety doesnt matter at all to them..

Negative experience: Lived here 10 yrs. Each year the Board gets more stupid w/ more rules. And safety, for get it, my wife's tires were just slashed. Cut down beautiful trees againest our will. I love animals but too many BIG dogs pooping everywhere and no clean up, great dains in condos? Too many rules and speed bumps!!! Section 8, maybe? To much "trailer trash" forget it. Guests are very questionable and do they really do back ground checks, think not! Good luck!

Fantastic experience: I am a new tenant and was immediately attracted to the ambiance of the entryway and well landscaped property. I had a realtor John who took me to a few places and saved this best for last. He was well educated on the property and very helpful with all my needs. So far I have been treated with nothing but respect and professionalism from all the staff. I look forward to enjoying all the amenities that the Yacht club has to offer. Thanks John for making the transition from Miami smooth and exciting.

Fantastic experience: A Serene and calming place, it is worth visiting to simply take in the view. The scene consists of the intracoastal waterway and a stunning view of Manalapan, one of the wealthiest enclaves in the country. Admission is free and there is never a crowd.

Fantastic experience: The Yacht Club seems to be highly regarded as the ideal spot on the intracoastal to its residents. They have everything you need for amenities, it's a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The best part is the configuration and layout of the buildings that lead up to the pool,hot tub and outside bar spot that is great to hang out at on the weekends. The staff is also very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: This is a very nice place. They have a new management company in there. Castle Management. They seem to be doing a very good job. The office manager, the maintenance supervisor, the staff, this is something that has been needed for quite a while,

Fantastic experience: My family lives here, so my experience is that of a visitor. The residents here are always cordial. The pool area is beautiful, as well as the landscaping and grounds. The property is kept to a standard you don't usually see in condominium communities. Also, the community is very dog friendly, they even have a dog park.

Fantastic experience: VERY NICE COMMUNITY. HAS VERY BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF WATERS, HOMES, AS WELL BOATS. THESE HOMES ARE WELL BUILT, AND THE LOTS ARE AS BIG AS THE HOMES. DOCKING IN THE BACK OF YOUR YARDS ARE OF CONVENIENCES. ALSO NICE AREAS FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. CONVENIENCES FOR SCHOOLS, AND SHOPPING NEAR BY.

Fantastic experience: We have lived here over 3 years now and absolutely love it . There are 27 acres of beautiful landscaping with a resort worthy pool right on the Intracoastal. Surrounded by condos and homes that sell for 3-5 times as much. It's a great bargain. Don't understand some of the negative reviews. Maybe they have other reasons? As far as Canadians as one mentions, some of the best people we know. Everyone here is welcoming and accepting. Great place to live.

Negative experience: Think twice before investing at The Yacht Club. The Canadians are not welcome. The board of direction is a nightmare. They just keep fighting.The association do not have a proper reserve fund. Before considering buying, I suggest you speak with several other owners. Condos are selling at a good price. There are reasons.You should do your home work before investing in that community.

Negative experience: I have been trying to get information on this club and the phone continuously rings and no one ever answers. Nor does an answering machine answer where I could at least leave a phone number for someone to call me back. Does not appear to be very professional nor care about being so.

Fantastic experience: I have lived here since January 2013 and I have to say that is one of most well kept communities I have ever seen. The security is immepecable and the entire complex sits on the intracoastal. The HOA is tough, however, I assume that is how it remains so beautiful.
