Fantastic experience: Keith came to my home and inspected it. He was very personable and forthright. I felt he was very genuine and had my best interest at heart, no pretence, shady or "hungry dog" vibes. A few days later I received several pages of numbers, pictures and comparisons of homes in my ares with how much he felt my property should list for. I also received a breakdown of all fees and expenses at the sale and what I would make in the end. I was very pleased with everything he presented. I interviewed several other realtors in the area and liked everything I saw right here with Keith. Others were far slicker and their psychology was obvious and presentations well rehearsed to the point that I felt I was getting the same exact, word for word speal thousands of others had received. Almost everything they said felt well scripted. This was not so with Keith, I felt he was real, in the moment and interested in making a real connection with the intent of doing the best he possibly could for me. I have not hired him yet, there is much to do before I get to that point, but so far he's at the top of the list. Update: April 2022 Finally got the house empty and ready for market. We have been in touch with Keith for nearly a year as I got both the house and myself ready to let go, it's been in the family since 1956 and has seen 3 generations live in it. In that year I got more comparisons and adjustments for a listing price. I signed a contract with Keith and a few days later the house was listed at noon and by 4:00 PM I had a signed contract for a lot more than the asking price... a lot more! We've been very happy with Keith and Coastal Classic Realty and would recommend their friendly, professional service to anyone in need of an honest, no pressure realtor that's going to get you the best possible deal. We have been extremely happy with our outcome so far and close in 4 days. Update: April 2022 Final closing was yesterday and went without a hitch. It was a very smooth, stress free process and Keith held our hand and helped us through it from start to finish, never making us feel stupid for asking any questions, even the stupid ones! From start to finish, he was always there and got back to us in a matter of minutes anytime we reached out to him. I would highly recommend Coastal Classic Realty for anyone looking for honesty, integrity and genuine personability in a field that is somewhat lacking in those traits by many. These are the good guys! Update: April 2022 It's the day after closing and the sale of the house hasn't really hit me yet. Keith had something for me at his office. A month ago I gave him a 3"x3" photo of the house for my file, taken in 1956 when my grandmother bought it. Keith took the photo to well known local artist, Maria Paz to do an acrylic painting of it. He wanted me to have it as a closing gift seeing as the house had been in the family so long and he knew how difficult it was for me to part with it. The painting is more than I had ever expected and is absolutely beautiful. She captured the character of the house completely. I will truly treasure this. I also got to meet the artist, her shop is in downtown Lake Worth Beach a few shops east of Coastal Classic Realty. All things considered, it's been a pretty darn good and highly memorable birthday!
