Fantastic experience: Great family owned company welcoming me with my kids into a home with great understanding I appreciate u all with all my heart great people God giving hearts without you it would be a struggle for me I want to thank you guys for the love and generosity and understanding... Negative experience: This company is very negligent in the property up keep and the landlord pays the price. They don’t check up on the property and let the renters wreck it (happened to me multiple times before I fired them) The last straw was leaving the property unlocked after the renter left. My neighbors discovered a homeless squatter and called me. I have ended up spending $25k again this year, which is more than annual rental income. Avoid them at all costs
Fantastic experience: The staff in office are awesome. If u Have maintenance issue, it’s done immediately. Totally Recommend this company. Never had any trouble with apartment or neighbors. Looking forward to keep renting with them

Negative experience: The last four or five years they have raised my rent every year I have asked for a new stove because the one I have when you turn on the oven heats up the entire apartment and I was told no that the one I have is sufficient looking for a new place to live they don't give a damn about their tenants stay as far away from this company as you can

Negative experience: Lied about the status of my application, I had a hard time filling it out as I have never done it , online dosnt give you the options for renters email as unknown ... they had no sympathy

Negative experience: Worse company ever. Everything about them is a scam. When I moved in the apartment it was a total mess. Roaches and rats everywhere. Worse place to rent. Plus they are very rude people. When I moved out they charge me 3,000 for something that I didn’t do. Even though they know exactly what they doing. I wished I never rented from them. Now when people ask about this company I tell them not to even waste their time here because all they do is robbed you. I wish I could not have to put a star.

Positive experience: Just the typical reality company. Overcharged for rent, never get your deposit back, and they never fix anything. Overall they are not as bad as they used to be. We pay our rent on time. They don't complain much about us. So probably As Good As It Gets with any Realty Company. I would recommend them the same as any other. Not that I would actually recommend any. LOL
Negative experience: DONT NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. These guys will rent you out a place thats full of roaches and bed bugs and mold and try to act like they were not aware. The owner here is a real PITA to deal with he is very hostile. I will never rent from these scammers or recommend them to ANYONE.

Negative experience: Do not be fooled by this company. They only have themselves in mind and will not safeguard your privacy. They gave out personal information to a third party and it has caused nothing but a headache in my life. They were unapologetic and took no responsibility for their actions.
Fantastic experience: I bought a house through them and I love the house that I finally chose. Candace was patient and thorough in answering my questions and I felt confident in signing the papers when it came time. This was my first house that I have bought and we had looked at several houses before I chose the one I currently live in. We had a few unexpected hiccups along the way but Candace was awesome in helping me through it all.

Negative experience: The lady was nice but you had to do a application for 15 bucks and your spouse too just to go look at a rental.the address they gave was the wrong one so we spent some time trying to find it.when we did find it no garage and you shared the well with the people next door.the rent was so high we decided to buy in town for a hundred bucks more a month with a garage an our own water supply from the city.

Negative experience: I've always thought this was a good agency or group but man was I wrong. Dealing with them is like a game of roulette. I know several tenants and past tenants even owners that allowed them to manage their properties and no one has anything good to say about the way they do business. It's one of those things you have to see for yourself but remember when you get burned I warned you of them. So here it is absolutely do not deal with this company or do so at your own risk...

Negative experience: Worst experience I recently went to submit a renters application before doing so I specifically asked if the other person's credit matter even though they are not providing any income but myself I was told no it does not so I went ahead and submitted 2 and paid the app fee everything went smoothly until the follow up call I'm told the other person's credit isnt good and it'll b an issue I feel played lied to if I would've been told from the beginning it would be an issue I would never have submitted the applications paid a fee and waisted my time I don't recommend going through this place deceptful
