Negative experience: This place is an absolute joke! And the women who work there are beyond RUDE!!!! If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would!!!!

Negative experience: My daughter checked on an apartment. They won't even do a credit report on her because she is 20 yr old. She has a 719 rating...Their loss tho.

Negative experience: Have applied so many times pay the fee and get denied due to them wanting a 650 credit score just to rent

Fantastic experience: I have the best experience with Town and Country, work orders are fast, maintenance was out today, come in told me they would be back to fix the problem, as they had to go get water heater,fixed to perfection, very friendly, office associates are friendly, listen to what is being said. Thank you all, keep up the fantastic work.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to rent from when something happened at a address I was rent from them they put my family first and moved us into another house that is safe for my kids I am highly grateful for them and recommend if your looking for a home to rent go to them

Negative experience: Cant get a home from this place bc of a past tho we have kids now as had stop doing stuff in the past won't even give us a chance tho the will rent to other who have done much worse

Negative experience: Not even a star, but wouldn't post without!!! 6619 First Heights dr,,,,,BEWARE!!! Having weird troubles with a neighbor (calls himself the Matriarch of the neighborhood ((lil Butch)). We called Lisa for an attempt on a cease and desist letter. We were told, "we have heard all about the situation", (i asked why she hadn't informed us on calls), she just replied, "we're just waiting to see of any charges and will turn it over to lawyer and owner". With asst. da's help he won one of the charges and we recieved an eviction (1st ever). I hired attorneys because of apparent favoritism for this Matriarch and appealed the decision so as of now no charge. Called Lisa back to inform of the appeal and was told that they were not going to withdraw the eviction. No prior calls or warnings to us on any issues, stated eviction for charges, now no charges and (no benefit of doubt extended to us)...Oh yeah, we have now found out that this MATRIARCH has ran the last 5 people off from this address from the neighbors and this Co. hasn't helped the first person, just states, "you can move if you like". Getting one young girls (with 2 small children) bf to get kicked out by telling her he was cheating on her, then began to stalk her himself (the MATRIARCH). She had to put up signs all over the property and even had to paint the bathroom window.

Negative experience: I understand they don't want people with any kind of charge but jeeze, they were all about a 12+ year old misdemeanor. Smh. There are way too many people going homeless for someone to be worried about a 12 year old misdemeanor. But noone cares. Not even our own government. Thanks for nothing I wouldn't give it one star but that's not an option.

Negative experience: These people are a rip off they had my family pay $120 for background checks and then came back and said they didn't make enough money for a $650 a month house what a scam I would highly recommend you staying away from them

Negative experience: I’ve been renting from town and country for 14 1/2 years and they suck as landlords ! They don’t fix anything properly they just put a Band-Aid over things ! My air-conditioner used to work properly when we first moved in but as of the last 13 years it doesn’t work all the time and they get mad not my fault and not my problem you get mad I change filter every month . They don’t service them once a year or twice a year like they’re supposed to . Then when you say something to them about it they say it’s up to each owner‘s discretion .‍♀️ House its insulated at all . The house need a new window so yeah they put new windows on after 12 years of complaining in the windows having window panes fallout wood rotting on the window panes . Then upped the rent $25 for doing that and it still didn’t really help electric bill that much . Right now the roof needs a new roof and shingles because the ceiling inside the house has watermarks due to the rain that we had recently . So it’s sagging down discoloring looking nasty probably going to catch mold mildew . But they don’t care of course . And I have four kids here in the house to with asthma !

Negative experience: Lisa Weaver is a crook! Rented from Town and Country for 2 years paying $1000.00 per month rent. Left with nothing but a moving truck and memories made after the Health Dept deemed the house a health hazard and unlivable. The septic system needed replaced and since they refused to fix we had to move

Fantastic experience: This place is fair. I love the place I'm living in. If anything happens to break they will repair it promptly after you report it. The staff are very kind and helpful. I plan on doing business with them for as long as possible. Youbshould stop by and see about them. Good luck!

Positive experience: Just bought a home though prior to I was renting and rented from Town and Country. Very nice ladies working at T&C.

Negative experience: Jimmy K can be very pushy and controlling as a realtor

Negative experience: I think that everybody should know about town and county before they sign up with them. They do have some nice people there except for one. I cant remember her name but she could be a butt. I think that before you move into one of the places that they have listed that you should think about it first before getting it. I think that you should check out the place real good before you get it because when I decided to get a place with them I didn't check out the place real I just got it without looking deeper into the place but anyways when I got the place it was bed bugs there before I came and they turned it around on me saying that I brought the bed bugs and I never in my life had bed bugs. I had to pay it and I need that money for my son. there was more problems on down the line but all I am saying is make sure you check out the place first and look at reviews because this helps me a lot when it comes down to it. I don't want no one else going through what I went through. Every place that's there I'm not saying that it's bad and that they are all the same some might be different just pick and choose wisely.

Negative experience: BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE-Check out the home REAL WELL. They don't fix anything-they just put a "band-aid" on it. Our house looked Great at 1st glance-until we got moved in-WHAT A DUMP. Our a/c runs non-stop & won't even get the place below 78degrees-they have sent someone out 5 times-even though they have been told our thermostat needs to be moved & there is NO INSULATION-all they ever do is have them wash the condensors. GO ELSEWHERE- RUN RUN RUN
