Negative experience: This may be one of the worst companies I have ever rented with. They knowingly rented a property that was infested with mold, Ants, rodents, and no furniture that could be used. The shower barely worked, asked multiple times to have it fixed and was not answered. Power went out almost daily and they never helped with anything.

Negative experience: Not a good company culture. Their staff was cleaning the house next door to ours and parked in our driveway :-( The car was moved after we asked, and a supervisor arrived soon after, parked illegally, and when I told him what happened all he said was “ok”. I asked that they not do that going forward and he finally apologized, but with an attitude. The one star reflects these two individuals. I can’t speak for the rest of the company. Maybe they’ll provide feedback here.

Fantastic experience: Had a big issue and jen fixed it, rented two seasons from them

Negative experience: After renting a house and putting down payment in January I was called in march and told the house was double booked so we needed to find another house. Since not much left to choose from it took some time to get a new house. Only to find this house had mold where water and ice comes out so we had to buy water and ice to use. No blinds on upstairs windows so every night you felt like everyone could see right in especially neighbors next door. There was a sign that said don’t touch ac temp but with no blinds you expect people not to turn ac cooler? One bed that my adult daughter and husband slept on was actually a cot. We had to vacuum sand out of the beds and off the couches. The first day our feet were black after walking barefoot. Slats were falling off doors. Kitchen cabinets hanging off hinges. And all I got got from realtor was sorry. Definitely not worth $4k. Realtors should be looking at the houses they rent

Negative experience: Awful!!! Do not use!!! Major attitude when in an emergent situation with young kids!!!!

Positive experience: We rented a property for two weeks through Sea Isle Realty. When we arrived there was no AC, no window units not anything. It was 93 degrees in the house. I called my agent Noah who quickly had the property managers come and help us with extra units etc. after a stressful first day we had a great two weeks and hope to return next year!

Fantastic experience: Jenn Dinunzio and her team always treat us like family and we will always contact them when we are planning our annual summer vacation in Sea Isle.

Negative experience: We had numerous issues with renters… damage, missing items etc. We asked SI to contact the renters to determine who may have done these things do that an insurance claim could be filed. They were very reluctant to do so. Not even certain they did. They could have offered to reimburse me on their own but of course they didn’t.Be advised that their vetting of renters is minimal if not non existent. And if you have an issue… They really don’t care.

Positive experience: Very hard to navigate the website.

Negative experience: Renting from Sea Isle Realty was super stressful. They leased an uninhabitable house for the summer with no back door, black mold, mosquitoes, leaking ceilings, etc. We were informed by other reality companies, (unfortunately too late) that they do not rent that place. When we reached out to them for help, our realtor acted like she didn’t care. She was not responsive unless I followed up and she acted like it was no big deal that we were expected to live in filth, mold and bugs. She refused to see pictures or come look at the property. She deflected and was defensive on any questions / comments I had. Not sure what their job is as they made it more difficult. It was a lot of stress and effort to figure out the situation and ruined the summer, even though we paid over 11k to live there for 8 weeks. I don’t recommend renting from them even if you expect the bare minimum, which is a uninhabitable place and someone to help when you have questions. Our group has been renting from other sea isle reality companies for seven years and never had this issue until we worked with Sea Isle Realty sadly.

Negative experience: Rented 131 46th west sea isle city Dishwasher full of dishes Coffee grounds in coffee pot used.eewee. Toilet tanks in 3rd floor bathroom coated with dust . The biggest problem. Was the assumption that I would defrost a freezer on MY Vacation. Plus I sent an email to realtor. Waited 3 days with no response to my concerns. DO NOT RENT THIS HOOUSE. DO NOT USE THIS REALITY

Negative experience: ZERO Stars - I rented a property for my family and there was another family in the rental when we arrived. The owner finally got them out but couldn't get the place clean. My 70+ year old mother and I cleaned the place into the night. What a lovely way to spend your first night at the shore! I asked for a refund for one night worth over $500 and was given a $100 gift card. Gee thanks for nothing!! I dealt with 3 brokers on the awful journey and all of them are just a bunch of liars and thieves keeping with the Good Ole Jersey Shore philosophy of take 'em for all they got while you got 'em captive.

Negative experience: Total lack of communication between right hand, left hand and owner. My son rented a property for our family. Another family was to check out the day we were to check in. THEY were told they could extend. It took 4 hours for them to be told they had to leave. Their children were crying. We moved in without a cleaning service. We washed every dish, spoon, counter, sink, toilet. Honestly, the place was filthy. Not from the family that vacated before us, but from months if not years, of lack of DEEP cleaning. I'm 73. I've rented AirBNB, Hotels coast to coast. NEVER like this. Electric issues, patio furniture broken, filthy. Icing on cake? A prospective renter sent over WHILE WE ARE STILL RENTING with their own key. This is unbelievable.

Negative experience: The staff is friendly to your face, but they are not your friends. These people know that the rental properties have significant damage, but they let you rent them anyway. They give you a sheet to fill out for damages, but it's not enough space for all the problem. Then they don't even act surprised with the rentals significant damages. I would inspect the property closely or you might be paying for damages that were not your fault. Would not recommend!

Negative experience: Stay away.... this is an operation without oversight, professionalism or common business sense. DONT rent or buy from them, they are not trustworthy. There are plenty of honest professional realtors in Sea Isle and this is not one of them. Dealing with Sea Isle Realty is like playing romper room in kindergarten...

Positive experience: Fast friendly service, our go to place for summer rentals

Negative experience: I rented from this company for over a decade They called me and said I had no reservation for my family. Doretta was nasty and made it clear I was no longer welcome to rent.she actually called me and was very nasty. Really? They cancelled my reservation. I went to Landis, had a great experience there.

Positive experience: Time to accept crédit cards

Negative experience: when arrived to the place it was dirty-requiring vacuuming and wipping down. Cabinets in the kitchen were missing doors. The biggest pain was that the cable and internet were not set up. So, we were in charge of doing so which required calling Comcast, waiting for the technician, etc. I don't like having to deal with this stuff when I'm at home. This should not have to be dealt with WHILE ON VACATION! Some dude from the rental company came out, he was useless. Had to wait for Comcast, none of the services had been activated, THIS IS NOT OUR PROBLEM AND WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPENSATED. The realty company tried to engage the owners, but never heard from them??? Hello. What kind of business is this. This all warranted compensation, my time while on vaca is $100 an hour. I hold the realty company responsible, not the owners, the realty company is the go between to settle any problems. They handled this poorly, unprofessionally. Never saw a dime nor did we hear anything after they were supposed to contact the owners and get back to us.

Positive experience: We had a bit of a problem with the owner of the unit who claimed we left their condo dirty when we actually left it in better condition than we found it. Sharyn from Sea Isle Realty did a great job working with us to resolve the problem. I'm glad we rented from them and will again in the future.

Negative experience: I rented a shore house in Sea Isle for my family of 4 recently. If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would. When trying to get answers to questions, they take forever to respond and give short answers. When I turned in my sheet with the following issues, all I got was an "I'm sorry." When we arrived at the rental, it was dirty, smelled like wet dog (supposed to be pet free), had pet hair everywhere, requiring us to clean before unpacking. The front screen door was completely broken and even on nice days, we couldn't leave the front door open to get fresh air. Additionally, there were ANTS. I get it, it's the shore and with dampness you get ants, but they were EVERYWHERE. We were constantly spraying and left nothing out. They literally were in the bedrooms, walking across the TV...this needs to be dealt with. Finally, maybe this isn't important to others, but with 2 very small children and 2 rainy days, it would be nice to have a DVD player (which we were told it did have). I would NEVER rent from Sea Isle Realty again and I don't recommend anyone else does either.
