Fantastic experience: I haven’t rented from them that long sadly they departed from me. Mr David and ms Amanda were truly polite . Responsive respectful and must I say was on top of everything when I called. Mr David was really helpful with any problems I had he took care of the issue right away no problem . Respectful when you speak he listens . I would love to rent from them again

Fantastic experience: I was a tenant for 5 years and wanted to write this review because David has been amazing. We did not need to call him a lot for repairs but when we did need something repaired, he had someone come out within a couple of days to fix the situation. He worked with us if we asked. He has been so great to us. I am very happy to have had him as our landlord the past five years. Thank you David!

Negative experience: I rented from them for almost 6 years. One big issue i had while living there was water leaking from the roof into the house and black mold from the moisture. It took for me to tell them that if something wasn’t done i was going to be submitting my rent into an escrow account. The maintenance man was really cool and easy to talk to when he came out and things needed fixed. I can say, after reading some reviews that i had some issues with Amanda. She comes off smart and dismissive when things are brought to her. This is a company that will find ANYTHING to keep your deposit. I left them a washer, dryer and fridge for the next tenant that was less than 3 years old and they still found small things to keep my deposit (nails in the walls and not hiring a professional to shampoo the carpets)

Negative experience: Terrible service worst I have ever experienced.

Negative experience: All I gotta say is good luck. They don’t fix anything — especially when it’s serious. I remember Amanda telling me she didn’t care whether me and my relatives died due to the mold issue from a poorly fixed ceiling/water leakage. Not to mention, never received deposit back. For my first rental, not too bad starting in the trenches. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: I've been renting from All Stiles for a little over 10 years now. I wouldn't recommend this. They don't respond to maintenance upkeeps for their properties, for the inside nor the outside. No communication, unprofessional, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. It's almost not even worth reviewing, but hopefully this will help people do their research a little more before considering renting from.

Positive experience: Best service. Good place.

Negative experience: I feel unimportant as a tenant and unheard. I just want the things in my home fixed. I'm getting the impression they are just not staffed enough to support this many people.

Negative experience: I don't know what to say tried they don't believe in second chances obviously even though the location is placed in our streets of york on our baddest block in baddest neighborhood showed all I could to prove I am a good standing person got hit on chin and felt it when the same ppl I had a lawyer take to court in lie and say they never received funds but I show u proof they did but it's ok I paid my fees and I tried and that's all they were all nice I guess

Negative experience: Show you apartments in crack infested areas and act like they are so together doing showings with trash sitting around and don't have any evictions or they will not rent to you and you can clearly see from the outside they don't take very good care of their propertys but who had to in york City these days.

Negative experience: Landlord said I was getting a rental he had available, from my mother moving out. Me and sister still had belongings in the home because he stated we could leave it there because we were moving in. Never heard from him within a whole month so now our belongings are just gone.

Fantastic experience: What can I say been with them for a while over a year, you'd have to experience for yourself to make your own comments....

Positive experience: Online rent payment currently available debt or credit card. Reliable maintenance on weekdays

Fantastic experience: Was the very 1st actual agency I rented from years ago with amazing experience..property was then sold to multiple different properties managements that left me with bad experiences...I would definitely consider all stiles as my next choice again!...I’ll be calling 1st thing tomorrow morning to see if there’s anything available

Fantastic experience: The realtors are friendly, considerate and on top of things

Negative experience: You’re required to pay $60 for an application for Amanda to not even fully process the application. Immediately when one red flags appears the application is denied. No other aspects of the application are even determined at all. What sense does it make to pay $60 for the application to not even be fully processed? You’re not even given the chance to straighten anything out first. I regret wasting my time with the company.

Fantastic experience: If I could give a 6 star review, I would. David, with All Stiles Property Management has been managing my York, PA property for nearly four years and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and level of service. He has consistantly managed to screen and approve the best tenants for my property. I am pleased with his service, my tenants are always pleased with his service, and the Home Owners Association is pleased with his service.

Negative experience: A very rude an unprofessional staff They over talk you and insult you at the same time. Houses are old , an needs to repair damage that was caused by previous tenant. I lived here for 3 months still nothing has been fixed. Water bugs all over the house. This is a very unprofessional agency

Positive experience: David was very easy to deal with. When the property wasn't ready by the date he promised, he gave us money off of our rent and even did some of the repairs and floor installation himself. Unfortunately, my family's financial situation became very bad since my husband is very sick and missed a lot of work. David worked with us a lot and even recommended and worked with the CPC for rental help. The only issue I had was that there were a few repairs that need done, namely a leak in the roof that flooded the upstairs bedroom and went into the kitchen and the repairman that was sent only did a quick "band-aid" fix and it was never repaired correctly. So we had to rearrange the bedroom so nothing would be ruined. Otherwise, I would recommend them. The amount they ask for rent is very reasonable. Now we only ever looked at one property and that was because it was next door to the one we moved from so the homeowner could move back in. But when looking at other properties online, they are much better and more fair than most I've seen. When we had to move due to our financial situation, David was very nice and emphatic and treated me as a person, unlike anyone I dealt with at York Property Management. I never dealt with Amanda so I cannot attest to her professionalism.

Negative experience: Still waiting for repairs to be made the house they moved us into is an obvious safety hazard

Negative experience: My grandmother and I have lived at one of their apartments for 16 years. My husband and one year old son now live with us. We told them we'd have rent caught up on June 3rd, but they still decided to evict us. We now have to leave by the 21st and have nowhere to go. Amanda is super unprofessional, especially over email. She replied and she's right, it isn't the whole story, but it's the truth. Her claim is not the truth, and I have the emails to prove it.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly.
